The rental was as Pictured..Disapointed because all the lights didn't wwork. There was a celing light with a fan that worked fine however they fan couldn't be turned off. If you just wanted them light that wasn't an option. There was a light by the refrigerator that couldn't be turned on. It appeared to have a pull cord to operate it that was missing. The was a microwave and fridge, no dishes or silverware, no bar soap for the shower. I did call for dishes and silverware. Someone did bring some.There was dish soap. The only place to wash dishes was in the bathroom sink. The lamp beside the fridge couldn't be plugged in because the cord was to short.the dresser was extremely cheep. The drawers didn't open properly. There was an air conditioner, however no source of heat. I was there in October, the nights could be cold.On a good
note, the property was in a good location the room was bright and decorated well. My rating on 1 to ten would be 6. If every thing worked probably 8, due to the fact that the dashes had to be washed in the bathroom sink.

We found the property to be just as described! However we were pleased to find that the beach was even closer than we expected! The outside space at the home is very pleasant and we enjoyed our time in the yard area very much. Carolina Beach itself is a wonderful area with so much to do! We recommend Carolina Beach State Park for some nice walking trails off the beach as well. My wife and I certainly hope to make this a regular destination for our anniversary and would be thrilled to book with Julie again!

This was one one the BEST places ive ever stayed it looked EXACTLY like the pictures, it was very close to EVERYTHING, watching the sunrise was AMAZING, and julie was great and very easy to communicate with!! I 100 percent recommend, I plan to return in the winter!!!

We had a great time the location was great 1 block we was on the sand and property manager was very good (Julie)she aanswered all questions and never bug us.It was or 55th Wedding Anniversary and it was very nice and we had fun.Go to Michaels seafood to eat and enjoy

Julie was easy to communicate with. On our first evening, the cottage TV malfunctioned. The host had a replacement in place by the time we returned from a day at the beach. Perfect rental for a quiet getaway. Looking to return.

We were accused of smoking inside the room and on the property by the people staying in the house attached to what we stayed in. We do not smoke at all and this ruined our stay. We will no longer come back/stay with this listing again.

Perfect little place at the beach. Great location! We could easily walk out surfboards to the beach. Access was 1 block. Very clean and comfy. Great for 1 or 2 people.

Our stay at this wonderful studio was great. It was tidy and just as listed. Perfect size for a couple wanting to get away. The location was very close to the beach and local eateries. Located close enough to everything but far enough to the freedom of having the beach to ourselves. Our trip went flawless and Julie was a dream to work with. If you want a great little spot here it is!

Whenever I need to get away from the world this is just the right spot to sit on the porch look at the palm trees and enjoy a walk to the beach. Snug and cozy with everything I need. I’ll be back again! :-)

We had an amazing stay for our honeymoon here! The beach is maybe a one minute walk from the house and all of the restaurants etc are close enough to bike to! We do not have enough amazing things to say about this place! We will be back for sure!

Checking in was very easy. I imagined the room would have been a little bigger but it was fine for my husband & I. Nice size bathroom. The bed was very comfortable. Very short walk to the beach. The other part of the house had guests but you couldn’t hear them at all. The porch was a good size.
The only negative things I can say is that the bathroom floor & shower had someone else’s hair on it & the bathroom, especially the shower door, wasn’t very clean.
Suggestions…..the “Welcome” books need to be updated & it would be nice if the porch had a clothes line to hang wet clothes & towels on.

Favorite getaway spot at Carolina Beach
It's the perfect solo traveler escape. Very private, nice balcony for morning coffee, tidy and nicely decorated room with everything I need. The owner is quick to respond and is always friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

Perfect
I tented this place because it was around the corner from a friend I was visiting. It is perfect for one or two people. Similar in size to a hotel room. Everything was clean and well kept. I had no issues at all and would definitely stay here again.

Cute little place
My husband and I went for a long weekend and this was the perfect place to stay. Just a short walk to the beach. Julia was great to work with. This is the back portion of the house and you could barley tell there were people staying in the other portion. Would definitely stay here agian.
