I'd Stay Here If I Were You
Vous serez agréable et confortable dans notre confortable maison de style Sud-Ouest situé dans un quartier calme et sûr dans les hauteurs du nord-est. Il ya 3 chambres (un lit queen, un lit double, et une avec 2 lits jumeaux), 2 salles de bains, un grand séjour avec cheminée et une salle à manger. Il ya un patio arrière-cour avec barbecue. Il ya une laveuse et une sécheuse et la maison a un garage 2 ci-jointe. La cuisine et salles de bains sont récemment actualisées avec de nouveaux appareils. Nous avons une Smart TV, wifi, DVD, ainsi que des jeux, des puzzles, des livres et si vous aimez le divertissement plus calme.
Il ya un espace de couchage pour jusqu'à 7. Animaux et les enfants sont les bienvenus, qui est pourquoi nous demandons un dépôt remboursable de dommages.

As advertised, only better. We enjoyed the hospitality, the beautifully appointed home and it's fun and user-friendly layout, the outdoor garden spaces, and well-stocked kitchen. The owners were super-responsive and so easy to work with. Everyone slept well here too!

A must stay with pets! I was so excited that they allowed my dogs to stay here with me. The Bear Canyon Arroyo is just a few mins walk from this beautiful condo, an excellent area for dog walks. The outdoor space faces west for stunning sunsets and balloon flight viewing. The home is delightfully decorated and fully stocked with linens, towels, and dishes. The whole experience was well worth it. This was my first VRBO rental and I will absolutely stay here again when visiting ABQ

This was our first Vrbo rental but Our stay was great, house was very well stocked with everything we needed from bath items to cooking items! Communication was 100% the best. House is very nice & cozy! Would definitely recommend

The house was cozy, roomy, and clean. The manager is helpful and nice. We were able to bring our 3 dogs and everything went so well. We had a very merry Christmas here.

From reservation to checkout, we were completely satisfied with our stay. Actually, we were extremely pleased!!! From the completely appointed kitchen to the beautiful rose bushes in the backyard, we couldn't have been happier. The bedrooms are very comfortable and sitting in the living room to relax was awesome. A friend of mine and I stayed a week for Balloon Fiesta - the location for that and other sites is just the best!! The house is only 10 minutes away from the Sandia Tram, which I can't recommend highly enough.
My only complaint is that I had to leave. It's a truly great place to stay. We felt truly at home.

My wife and I have stayed at this property three times but this is the first time since 2019. It was great to come “home” again. We love the house and yard with the view of Mount Taylor and the sunset from the back yard swing. We will be back again.

The home was much more than we expected. Beautifully kept with awesome awesome views all around. It had everything we needed for a comfortable 7 night stay for 7 adults, one infant and 3 dogs. Couldn’t have asked for anything more.

It was definitely a good time seeing my family. We began our visit attending a celebration of life for my brother in law... it was a beautiful service. The rest of our stay was a vacation!

I grew up in Albuquerque so when I saw this home on the website I snatched it up right away. ABQ is a great town but you have to be choosy about where you stay, this house is in a great area. To start with both the owner, Larry and the manager, Don were great to work with and responded to questions quickly. Don was flexible as our travel plans moved around and got us into the house smoothly. The house was really nice, in fact one of the nicest VRBO's I've ever stayed in. We were there over Christmas and my son, a Culinary Arts student did a Prime RIb Roast, rice pilaf and dessert for a family get together and the kitchen had every tool/dish that we needed, it's so well equipped! Beds were great, plenty of blankets/pillows, fireplace works great, patios are really nice for those lovely NM evenings and even the views are great. From the back patio you look out over the Rio Grande Valley and can see the volcanos, or Balloons if you come during the Fiesta. Wonderful place to stay.

Charming patio home conveniently located in NE heights. Plenty of space. Good kitchen setup for cooking. Very private and a western skyline view too.
Would stay there again. Manager checked us in and showed us the property- unexpected and welcoming.

Beautiful home
I rented this home for my daughter and family to stay in while they visited at Thanksgiving. They have one daughter and 2 well behaved dogs. I can only say that the home is as beautiful as listed. They have an atrium in the home that has Bougainvillea blooming with a lot of flowers and huge geraniums also in bloom. We loved the home and I intend to rent it again when I have visitors

Stayed for three weeks while visiting friends in Albuquerque. House and property were as described on website, fully furnished for all our needs. Excellent service from the property manager, wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. Location was convenient to everything.

Best in Albuquerque
Pictures don't do this property justice. Better than expected. Blown away by all the extras. Roses, flowers, outdoor swing/hammock and water fountains were very soothing and relaxing. Four of us (plus 2 wives and 3 dogs) played in the National Senior Games Volleyball Tournament. Had plenty of room for 15 for a dinner/grilling party one evening after the games. I searched many places online and this was the best deal in town. Reuben (Texas)

Lovely Northeast Heights location
This is beautifully decorated, comfortable home. Nice views of Sandia Peak as well as sunsets. Very comfortable beds, spacious kitchen, and a garage! I will definitely plan to stay here again.
