Super helpful staff, helping me figure out where to get money exchanged and tips to the airport. I picked this place for its location and the privacy curtains for every bed. I was happy the hostel was very clean and everyone was respectful and quiet.

There could be times when you have to wait a little for the bathroom, but it wasn't a big deal for me.

I’m disappointed with the treatment of the stuff. My bed was dirty and occupied by another client. They didn’t checked it before. I has been waiting more then half hour to get another bed. I asked for another room, so, an upgrade it’s the minimum that you have to do in such situations. There was only a private bedroom free “Messi room”, but the staff told me that was soo expensive, about 60USD. But in “Booking” I can’t find this private bedroom. Anyway it was just for one night, the client happy, good review, maybe some nice videos, but not! They chosen another way. Then the stuff gave me another bed in the same room “Maradona room”, why didn’t gave that in the beginning and resolve the situation immediately? I don’t know, anyway when the stuff gave me the new bed they told me that: “if the owner of this bed will come, just tell to search the stuff”. They asked me also to tell them that they were wrong with the bed. After few minutes i got that i had a problem with my locker, then i went to the receptionist to ask one, and he offered me one broken and lost by another client. The other option was buy one for about 5USD. I’m lucky because i has been staying there only few hours. So, I just needed a clean bed and a nice treat, i got neither of those. I hope that they will improve and learn some soft skills. They could fix it in a second and avoid this review but they had chosen another way, thinking only about the money. Ok! This is the result!🤷🏻‍♂️

Minha primeira vez em um hostel. Tudo maravilhoso, fiz novas amizades e os funcionários sempre dispostos a nos atender, tirar dúvidas e dar informações.

O chuveiro é o melhor que já usei até hoje. Kkkk Tem água quente e fria. A cozinha compartilhada é bem legal onde podemos fazer aquela comida de sua preferência. Tudo maravilhoso, só vou embora porque me falta energia para tantas coisas que tem para fazer em Buenos Aires. Partiu, mas volto, e me hospedarei novamente no hostel Che Juan.Recomendo!

La privacy nei dormitori, postazione del letto molto ampia e letto comodissimo. Chiusa la tendina, ti sembra di essere in una mini casetta tutta tua. Molto intelligente l’armadietto con lucchetto inglobato nella postazione del letto. Utile, comodo, sicuro, capiente. Posizione super

L’acqua davvero troppo bollente in alcuni bagni, impossibile lavarsi, era come rovesciarsi addosso l’acqua degli spaghetti a fine cottura

Achei pouca interação entre os hospedes e a equipe. Vim a dois anos e estava um pouco mais animado. Acho que precisam intensificar as dinâmicas da equipe do hostel com os hospedes. Senti falta dos free walk tour.

Хостел располагается в центре Буэнос Айреса рядом с улицей Флорида. Поэтому все очень рядом. Сам хостел располагается на 4-5 этаже. С лифтом бывают казусы, поэтому нужно быть готовым подниматься пешком. Само здание старинное. Поэтому много азулежу, резная решетка лифта, роскошная парадная на 1 этаже. Но и хостел тоже не отстает: свежий ремонт, чисто, много санузлов. При въезде администрация, приятнейшие люди, проводит румтур. А еще в хостеле куча активностей. К кровати закреплен свой шкафчик, но замок нужно докупать отдельно, либо привозить свой. За залог также и полотенце. При кровати имеется просторный шкафчик и розетка. Спалось комфортно. А еще в хостеле занимаются организацией на футбольные матчи, чем я воспользовался и остался доволен. На кухне есть бесплатный кофе, а также много пространства для готовки. Wifi дублирован, работает практически везде и быстро. Также работают кондиционеры, поэтому в жару приятно спасаться. И внутренний дворик очень симпатичный. Администрация - отзывчивые люди. Все расскажут и подскажут. После чекаута можно оставить вещи в специальной клетке под замком, ключ от которой у администрации. Осталось приятное впечатление.

It's the second time I've stayed at Che Juan. From that you can imagine how much I love that place! - the location is perfect. In 5 minutes, walking, you can get at any bus stop or subway station you need so you can explore the city - The bed is more comfortable than my own. They have curtains so you have privacy while sleeping. Inside the "bed compartment" there is a small cabinet for you to keep documents, money, things you use frequently or anything you want, really. - The staff is super friendly and extremely helpful. During my stay over there I had an issue with my cellphone chip and since my Spanish is not so good I asked a staff member to call the assistance number so they could unlock my cellphone services. He spent over 30 minutes in a call to help me out! I couldn't thank him enough... - 2 fully equipped kitchens so you can store ou prepare your food. They also offer coffee and tea for free! - They are the cleanest hostel I've ever been to. There is always someone cleaning somewhere all day long. I could keep going but I think you got the point! ^^

Simplesmente o melhor lugar que eu já me hospedei, muito melhor até que muito hotel. O hostel disponibiliza várias atividades muito divertidas, é próximo de muitos lugares turísticos (dá pra ir andando), além de parada de ônibus perto. Também tem muito restaurante, mercado, farmácia e câmbio perto, bem tranquilo pra andar e resolver o que precisar. Foram os dias mais divertidos que tive, todos muito solícitos e tudo muito limpo. Se você for viajante solo, recomendo muito.

Best quality hostel I’ve stayed in! It’s like a serviced apartment, super clean and provides things like shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. Fun activities most evenings too like tango class!

If someone moves an inch the beds shake so much! It’s like an earthquake. They’re super comfortable but they just move so much in the night especially if you have fidgety neighbours.

What a fantastic experience! I stayed for 20 nights in a 6-bed dorm. The bed was extremely comfortable. They changed my sheets weekly which was nice. The showers and bathrooms were cleaned regularly and they have free shampoo and conditioner which is a big savings for someone with long hair. They had a digital locker in the lobby that I stored my money and passport in the whole time I was there for free with no problems. The bar has great activities, and if you really don't wanna go out, they will make you empanadas and pizza. Demetri was very helpful at reception, and gave good advice to attend La Bomba de Tiempo which is a great inexpensive drum concert that happens every Monday rain or shine. It's a can't-miss experience! Overall it felt like a safe haven in a at-times overwhelming big city. For going out, I recommend walking to San Telmo. It feels like a smaller neighborhood with more charm whereas the area around the hostel really feels like a big city downtown. But as a hub, its location is brilliant. You have many modes of transport and can get anywhere in the city very quickly from the hostel's location. It also kind of feels like staying in Times Square for me because because you're near all the big theaters on Avenida Corrientes. Plaza Serrano in Palmermo is where you'll find a lot of bars and danceclubs in one little area, you can take the metro/SUBTE there. If you play guitar, ask them the story of how they got the house guitar which is available to all guests to play. It came from me!!!

I wish hostels in general had a quiet dorm like they have a quiet car on the train and a dorm for people who snore, plan on arriving late, or will be out late partying but I have learned to sleep with earplugs in over the years. My room was next to the elevator motor which was in constant use but I got used to that.

Honestly it would have to be the best hostel I have ever stayed in and I've backpacked all over the world. Value for money is great considering the location, the friendly staff and the hygiene of the facilities. It was a really nice hostel but the cleanliness was really due to the hard work of the amazing staff.

Excelente localização, camas confortáveis e dispensers com sabonete, shampoo e condicionador nos banheiros. Os ambientes climatizados também foram ideais para ter boas noites de sono. Todas as camas tem iluminação individual e tomadas adaptadas. A internet funciona bem.

Não teve um ponto negativo em minha opinião.

El ascensor no funciona siempre, que cobren en dólares , que cobren impuestos y después te los devuelvan , siendo innecesario este paso , lo que me hace relación con comentario de otro pasajero en cuanto no es muy claro el cobro y uno debe andar preguntando por la devolución
