Exceptional condominium home located in a wonderful location. The two pools are of very high quality, and everyone is really nice. It is safe and secure to be on the property. There was plenty of space in the bedroom, and the beds were really comfortable. Edwin, we are grateful that you have shared this lovely home with us. We are planning to make a reservation and reside here once more.

This property meet all our needs especially having beach supplies, chairs towels, umbrella, cooler bag, floats and sand toys too. We had a small glitch the first night with no hot water but we texted the owner and he got back to us immediately, the water was shut off so we just had to turn on the valve, the outside veranda was great with great views. Having the washer dryer was super. I would recommend this unit.

Wonderful 3 bedroom condo, secure location and great pools. The location was only a short drive to the activities we had planned which was nice. Only wished we had 2 sets of keys as we had 4 adults and you need the keys regularly. Would definitely come back to this location—our adult children agreed

This is a great condo that is just as described. It's in the perfect location on the eastern side of Puerto Rico. Close to the beaches, the rain forest, and so many other things. Close to great food and local favorites.

The property is just as you see it on the website! It's absolutely beautiful, clean and the location is incredible, and the owners are so responsive for anything you might need. Beautiful views of the ocean and the marina. The property is central to restaurants, shopping, and different activities. This place was amazing and the location was perfect. The apartment was beautiful and furnished well. There was even beach chairs and a cooler, which came in handy. The size of the apartment was big enough for 4 adults and very quiet too. The pool was amazing and had a waterslide, the only down side to that was the apartment complex turned off the waterslide at 6pm and the pool hours were from 8a-10pm. Edwin was easy to reach and Lydia was very helpful too. I would definitely stay here again. It's very safe and there's 24hr security. The location and all the restaurants around the area really exceeded my expectations! Thank you so much

This was really a great experience. We were very impressed with Mr Edwin's condominium. The pictures online seemed too good to be true. But, in reality, the pictures didn't show the attention to detail that was impressed within the rental. It was immaculate. Edwin responded to each and every text within minutes. I would definitely love to stay there again. Great job Edwin!....
Oh yeah, my wife just reminded me to mention that the electrical generator worked well during the few hours that the main electricity was down. You just can't go wrong renting this condominium. The apartment building is new. Fajardo is beautiful. We spent 5 hours at the seven seas beach which is just about seven minutes away....a really beautiful beach.

My wife and I have been staying at the “Peña Mar Ocean Club” for over 10 years. We’ve stayed at various condo’s at this location. We stayed at one particular condo for over 5 years straight. Some condos are maintained better than others.
The Peña Mar ocean Club located in Fajardo is extremely safe. Located in a gated secured community with security guards. My favorite beach “Luquillo beach” and the “Yunke rain forest” is only 15 minutes away by car. Supermarket and gas station’s nearby.
This summer we booked with Edwin & Julia. Best decision ever. Edwin & Julia’s beautiful and well maintained condo is by far the best condo we’ve ever stayed in Puerto Rico.
Edwin & Julia are fast to respond to our questions and issues. It was a pleasure dealing with them.
We highly recommend Edwin & Julia’s condo to all. We look forward to many future stays at this beautiful condo.

Beyond our Expectations!!!!
Everything about this place exceeded our expectations. Peña Mar is very nice. Security doesn’t play and made us feel very safe. Our hosts know know how to make you feel like your in a home away from home. We were totally pleased and plan on coming back regularly.

Awesome location
We enjoyed our stay very much. The condo and location were great. It was very spacious and my favorite part was the balcony especially at night. Love that it is gated and has security 24/7. Would definitely stay again!

Great Place
The condo was beautiful and just as pictured. Location was close to many beaches, but you will need a car if you are staying here. Short walk to the closest pool with only a few chairs, and just a little further to the larger pool with more seating. Very much enjoyed our stay!

We enjoyed our stay and recommend it to anyone looking for a nice spot with a gorgeous view.
Only things that were a bit harder to navigate is there were 2 couples, but only 1 set of keys to access the building, condo and pool. So if we wanted to divide we had to make sure the key situation was figured out. Not a huge issue but did make for some rearranging of plans a couple days.

Time away
I would recommend this place to friends and family (beautiful view). Sitting on the deck/patio was wonderful enjoying coffee in the morning however with four of us staying, having four chairs would have been ideal. Thank you for the use of the cooler, towels, beach bags since that was excellent to have available. Meeting our neighbor was bonus since we made excellent recommendations!

I absolutely loved staying here, the property looks just like the pictures. It was so clean and homey. Beautiful view and access to two different pools and tennis court. Right next to a popular strip of restaurants and marina. Lydia the housekeeper was amazing. I would definitely rebook here my next visit.

Amazing property, very responsive, friendly hosts
The unit is beautifully decorated and has an amazing view. The hosts replied immediately when we requested a few kitchen items. Everything was very clean. The owners even supplied beach chairs, beach towels, and a rolling cooler! The pools were well maintained.

Nice apartment in good location
We really enjoyed our stay in this lovely apartment. It is a short drive to several beautiful beaches, El Yunque National Forest, and the ferry to Vieques/Culebra. The apartment is beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. We would happily stay here again!

Puerto Rico stay
Had a nice time in Puerto Rico. Condo was nice but needed the following… Cutting board, toaster that worked, pizza cutter, hot water went to cold and then back to hot it was inconsistent. It needed a dishwasher and a garbage disposal. Needs to be a little more generous with toilet paper and paper towels. Otherwise, it Met our needs.

Fantastic stay
Edwin and Julia have a real gem at Pena Mar. Clean, bigger than pictured, easy in and out from a gated entry, convenient to day trips all over the northeast and nearby islands, and very well tended by both the owners and their local friend who attends check ins. We will definitely be back!
