Very clean! heat hot water and pressure. host was very friendly, coffee and fridge.

parking situation wasn’t the easiest. hard to get out on driver side door and unpack and repack vehicle. was very close to trees/plants and kinda freaked out for bugs.

nice owner, he speaks English and washed our laundry for free. The room was very clean and comfortable. Fridge in the room and a large kitchen to share. Private parking and very close to the center.

power failed at 5 am. shower water did not get hot, only tepid. location is 1.3 km uphill from town. only found via GPS coordinates, as only sign is a small toucan outside.

I did not like the fact they asked me to cancel and pay in cash. I had a bnb and thats not right. It was ok..not great but handy at the moument. We only saw a worker who wanted cash with no recipt. Will not go back. I think Maria was her name not sure.

All the rooms has ac and private bath with hot water. Good for the night we stayed and the price. Owner spoke many languages.

The owner is very nice and helpful. The place is clean, has hot water for the shower and coffee in the room.

There is a risk of ants in your room, and with the type of room door they can enter en masse very easily. Fan was loose. Rented a scooter that turned out had at times no ignition, the owners knew it needed repair (my gf knows Russian and overheard them admitting it afterwards to each other). They also helped at night with the ants (blaming us) but also often they are not at the hotel. Location is not great, half an hour walk to the beach on a sandy road where cars and bikes drive. Can only pay in cash. I felt like the owners laughed away all my complaints. Not worth the price.

The host Oleg was a very kind, open-minded person who was always very helpful and hospitable. We loved his covered roof terrasse with open kitchen, cozy place for chilling and dining. All rooms are tidy - the WIFI worked very well - and the atmosphere was like a little oasis.

Difficult to reach without own car.

The room.was small but had both a fan and AC; hot water for a shower; an open kitchen on the balcony provided a place to cook easily and visit with other travelers. Ollie the owner went out of his way to be helpful. We wanted to return, but our trip plans changed.

Family is very friendly and helpful. Coffee pot in the room and coffee and tea both. There was a refrigerator as well. Beds were comfortable. Water didnt get real hot but ok. Great value!

Air conditioning plus ventilator on the ceiling. Coffee/tea were available and coffee machine plus mini-fridge and toiletteries. Hot water. Overall nice room above expectations for the price.

Not a fan of synthetic. There was a moderate background smell in the room of which I couldn't understand the exact cause. Unpleasant but tolerable, hopefully will be addressed. A courtesy half liter/liter of water would be a good thing in presence of the coffee machine.

Great value! The price and location are great, especially considering how expensive the area is on the Guanacaste coast. I would definitely stay there again.

wifi was a bit slow

The hosts were amazing. The location is ok, within walking distance but we like walking. Most people probably drive so that doesn't matter. The room was super clean, but the bathroom smelled pretty bad. It was just a night for us to get us from airport to next location, so it wasn't a big deal. Coffee was good in the room, loved the space upstairs to hang out, and we slept awesome. It wasn't the best value (we are in a place right now for same price but super awesome in Monteverde) but I think that's just the way it goes on the coast. The host makes these amazing sweets. I'd recommend this place, but with the above caveats.

Very friendly and helpful hosts. When we arrived we got an invitation to join a Russian Sauna. The room was clean and comfortable. Спасибо! Pura Vida!

the place is private and surrounded by nature which is priceless. the wildlife will wake you up in the morning

The host Oleg is wonderful. He will take care of what ever you need. He is like a genie. You wish and he will do the need full.

The road to the property is v bad. Property is a far from beech. But I will still come and stay here.
