Kona Reef, magnifique condo d'une chambre, directement en bord de mer, sur la célèbre Alii Drive. Notre condo est à 23 pieds de l'océan et offre des couchers de soleil spectaculaires. Observez les surfeurs et les dauphins de la véranda.
Ce condo immaculé récemment rénové a tout ce dont vous aurez besoin pour de bonnes vacances. Il a tout le confort de la maison.

Tout se passe juste devant vous ici. C'est l'un des meilleurs spots de surf de l'île, la pause est juste en face du condo. Dauphins, tortues, navires, oiseaux, et lorsque vous préférez lire un livre et simplement vous détendre, c'est aussi l'endroit le plus tranquille. Détendez-vous et écoutez les vagues de l'océan et profitez d'un temps parfait et de magnifiques couchers de soleil.

We stayed at Kona Reef (a different unit) two years ago and came back again this year to get married. It was a wonderful experience. The location, beauty, and convenience of this condo can’t be matched.

Very comfortable, excellent location for walking into downtown Kona or sitting on the lanai listening to the ocean and hearing the waves break against the rocks. The condo had everything we needed. We will definitely book this condo again when returning to the Big Island/

First and foremost, the view is the absolute USP of this apartment. It is truly wonderful to sit on the terrace for breakfast or dinner and watch the sunset over the sea.
Additionally, the kitchen is incredibly well-equipped and diverse, leaving no desires unfulfilled when cooking.
The apartment is clean and well-maintained, and the communication with the owner was smooth as she responds very quickly.
However, the big BUT is the air conditioning. It is only in the living room, not in the bedroom or bathroom. Since it got very hot at night in Hawaii, we could hardly get a peaceful night’s sleep in the bedroom on several nights, so we sometimes had to sleep on the sofa in the living room because it was unbearably hot in the bedroom.
Moreover, the bedroom window is only equipped with a small roller blind that is semi-transparent. This means that you are woken up by the sunlight every day starting at 5:30 AM.
These two points somewhat detracted from our stay.
It was a nice stay and I would still come back.

The view of the ocean and sunset is awesome, with the addition of being able to watch the boogy boarders and surfers off to the left from the lanai when the surf is up. The condo was very clean, nice and had everything we needed, from a fully stocked kitchen to snorkel masks. The location close to town and restaurants was great, my wife and I enjoyed being able to walk to many dinner spots, especially two of the restaurants within a 5 minute walk for Happy Hour. Stephanie responded quickly to messages and the check in process was very easy. We had a great time and we couldn't ask for more in a condo!

We have had such an enjoyable stay here at Kona Reef! Everything was ready for us when we got here, all of the communication was emailed to us in advance, so that all we needed to do was open the door and enjoy our beloved Kona! The condo was clean and lovely with everything we needed for our stay! Located right on Ali’i Dr.! Hope to stay again soon.Thank you ❤️

The condo is located a few steps from downtown Kona. You are able to walk to the shops and restaurants which is great because parking is very expensive in town. The condo faces the ocean with great views of the sunset. Definitely stay here again.

This condo is perfect for 2. Clean and quiet. Great views of the ocean. Oceanfront so you can hear the waves from the lanai. Beautiful sunsets. You won’t be disappointed. Condo has everything you need. Fully stocked kitchen and washer and dryer in the unit was convenient. Even has binoculars to view all the ocean activities from the lanai.
If you have a problem climbing stairs, there’s 5 steps up to the condo front door.
Couldn’t ask for more in a condo.
I’ll be back.

Condo was furnished with everything we needed. The view of the ocean spectacular. Sunsets are beautiful. We loved being able to walk to Kailua Village and have a choice of restaurants to choose from. Easy access to the rest of the island. Mahalo for a wonderful stay.

My husband and I had a great time at this property. The check-in was seamless. The first thing that hits you when you walk in the door is the crashing ocean waves right off the lanai. Spectacular! We spent a lot of mornings and evenings on the lanai. We really appreciated the quiet surroundings of the complex while also being only a few minutes walk into town. Everything you need is there in the kitchen to make meals and and then enjoy them while watching the sunset. The bed was comfortable and shower was roomy. Parking was easy, and the A/C was much appreciated when it got a little toasty during the day. Highly recommend and would most definitely stay again. Mahalo!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Kona Reef Condo. The condo was stocked with everything we needed. The selling point of booking it was the deck!! The deck overlooks the ocean, and having coffee daily, watching the sunrise and beverages later watching the sunset was amazing!! The condo is in a great location! Honl's Beach is next door; you are within walking distance of downtown. There is a parking spot available for your rental car. The pool/hot tub area is clean and well-maintained. It was a great place to make our base camp since there were SO many things to do on the big island. We loved our stay and would love to come back!!

We enjoyed our stay, it was close to plenty of restaurants and shopping. It was nice to be able to park, and not have to pay for parking in the Kona area. It was nice to leave the door open and listen to the waves crashing all night. Loved the stay, and we would highly recommend it!

Clean, well maintained modern property within walking distance of Downtown Kona. Only complaint came when I sent a picture of the ocean view. Snarky reply came back, “Can you be any closer to the ocean?”

The condo was clean and well everything we needed. But the best part was the sunset views every evening on the lanai.. Was really surprised on how well the bedroom was cool at night with the air conditioner being in the living room. Would definitely stay here again.

This was the perfect place to round out our visit to the Big Island! We stayed here for our last 4 nights after touring around the rest of the island. The place is well-stocked for folks who want to do their own cooking for meals, but also within walking distance to a number of restaurants if eating out is preferred. We appreciated having the snorkel masks there to borrow-- they got plenty of use down at Two Step Beach at Honaunau Bay and nearby Kahalu'u Beach Park. The condo was very clean, quiet, and had an awesome view of the ocean. Thank you so much for sharing this beautiful condo! We hope to find you again next time we visit!

We absolutely loved this condo! The views were SPECTACULAR, and we ate breakfast and dinner out on the balcony every single day. There were plenty of towels, the kitchen was fully stocked, and there were a lot of great extras like beach chairs, an umbrella, snorkel gear, and binoculars for looking out on the ocean. The resort was also walkable to a lot of great restaurants and the surrounding area felt very safe. Parking was no problem every day. We would recommend this place to any one visiting Kona!

Every moment the sounds of waves were present. Every evening, the sunsets were gorgeous and different. Every day the short walk into Kona was an easy 10 minutes, yet every walk back took us to complete seclusion.
We will return, because we will never be disappointed at the Kona Reef.

This was our first time stating in a VRBO and could not have had a better time. Fantastic location being located right on the oceanfront. The condo was only a few minutes walk to town for shopping or dining out. Definitely will be returning in the future.

The condo was amazing and so close to the ocean! Lives watching the sunset and seeing people come out to watch as well. The men blowing the conch shells to honour the day was so cool. We enjoyed watching people catching waves on the boogies boards too. Loved our stay. It made our vacation so relaxing and special.

Perfect second story condo for a couple to stay at that's within walking distance of several shops and restaurants. The place is fully stocked, including items for the beach. Sunsets can be admired right from the balcony. Host provided perfect instructions for easy in and out.

We have stayed at the Kona Reef on 3 different occasions. We like the location of the property since it is close to town and an easy walk. The ocean view from this unit is terrific. Out of the 3 units we have stayed in all of which were ocean font units we liked this unit the most. Stephanie was very quick to respond to questions we had prior to getting to the island and was very prompt to respond to some very minor issues we had once there. The communication was great! The unit is nice with a very comfortable bed and an adequate amount of kitchen utensils to prepare meals. Overall we had a great experience and will be contacting Stephanie again in the near future for another stay.

Came here to warm up from the Pacific Northwest. It did not take long. Really liked the cool ocean breeze through the rooms. Easy access to town, short walk to the pool and bbq area, would come again.

A daily ring side seat to to surf and sun and the occasional dolphin. Condo is well appointed. New couch arrived while we were here. And without back pillows can serve as a bed for someone under 6 feet. Owner provided beach chairs, towels, cooler, pool noodles all of which appreciated. Dish and cookware is basic but functional. Owner easy to communicate with and very responsive. Also nice condo is up one short flight of stairs from street.

The apartment is beautiful. Outstanding view and tremendous pool. Location is great short walk to downtown and the beach where Morey invented his boogie board is right next door.

It was pretty easy to book but I was staying at another property so I had to find availability with my other reservation.

Stephanie was great, responded very quickly, and was very accommodating to our needs/requests. Check-in instructions were super easy.
The condo was very clean and well stocked. We could not have asked for a better location. We enjoyed the amazing sunsets on the lanai daily. Overall a wonderful place; we would stay here again!
