Cette belle maison en bord de mer dispose de 6 chambres et 7 salles de bains. Il est situé sur la meilleure plage connue sous le nom de "The Washout" sur Folly Beach. La maison possède de nombreuses caractéristiques uniques, notamment une très grande cuisine et un coin repas. Il dispose d'un bar cabane en bas et de nombreuses zones de divertissement en plein air. La maison est directement en face de la plage et offre une vue imprenable sur la plage depuis le salon et une grande véranda. La maison est parfaite pour se divertir et passer du temps avec des amis et la famille. Vous n'oublierez jamais le temps que vous avez apprécié à "Endless Summer".

Property and communications we very good as was location. Only problem was the beach was being restored right in front of property so we had to wask several blocks to get to beach and the water was very dirty there from construction

Our family had a great time and wonderful vacation at this property. This house contained everything we needed, i.e. Space, Contents, and Ocean View. Matt was a great host!!

Perfect location and accommodations for large family! Huge kitchen and table so we could all eat together and the downstairs bar was perfect for grilling and cutting watermelon. The extra fridge and ice maker was a huge plus! Beautiful views and loved being right across from beach! Loved it!

This property was perfect for eight women!! Individual bedrooms and bathrooms!
Wide hallway and a super large kitchen! Best of all was the front porch with rockers facing the ocean.
Convenience of an ice machine, refrigerator, freezer down stairs. Downstairs was also a shower to get the sand off before going upstairs. To please eight women was a miracle 😂

The host (Matt) was super responsive and helpful and the check-in process was a breeze. The house has a ton of character and was a lot of fun to stay in. The place comes with plenty of conveniences that make the stay that much easier (extra refrigerator and freezer for overflow food and drinks, ice machine, etc.) We thoroughly enjoyed our trip and strongly recommend!

My family and I stayed here while visiting for a wedding. This property was ABSOLUTELY beautiful, it was spacious, and very close to town, but still private from the tourist traffic. I couldn’t have picked a better place for my family and I. I also wanted to mention the owner Matt is very great! I could not find an Iron in the home I let him know and within the hour he had dropped one off. I have stayed many places before and I have never experienced that kind of service from the owner! There’s not enough good things to be said about it. If we plan a trip back to SC we will definitely be staying here again.

This was our first time visiting Folly Beach! We loved it! The house was perfect! It was spacious, comfortable, clean, had a stocked kitchen. The location was just a short way from downtown Folly. The porch faces the water and has tons of comfortable rocking chairs and lots of blankets inside in case you need one to sit outside. The host was quick to respond. Check in and check out super easy. I highly recomened this house!

We had 11 adults in the house and the set up could not have been better. Enough bedrooms, enough bathrooms, enough seating, enough towels, enough porch, and great kitchen/dining room for our Thanksgiving dinner. Matt was a doll making sure we had what we needed. Being in the heart of surfing was a great plus, too. The outdoor space is amazing. No complaints whatsoever.

We had an amazing stay for a bachelorettes weekend. The place was beautiful, spacious, and clean. The view is absolutely beautiful. Near many cute little shops and cool places to eat and not too far from Charleston for night life.

We had 7 kids and 7 adults in our extended family vacation, and this house was perfect! Large common space, plenty of dining room seats, lots of bathrooms, an extra fridge downstairs, etc. made it very comfortable even for a large group. The view from the porch is unbeatable, and the attention to little details and inclusion of random items like extension cords, sharpies, juice pitchers, first aid that are often overlooked when packing were such a pleasant surprise. Would definitely consider coming here again!

We would love to come back - only of the A/C works better. We had the the unit set at 72 but in the evening it was 86% in the house It did not start cooling down until around 4:00 in the morning.

We had 11 extended family nembers meet for a weeks stay at this beautiful beach house on Folly Beach. The house was as beautiful as was listed with an amazing front porch overlooking the beach and ocean across the street. Plenty of parking, hot water for showers, and hang-out spots around the house for all ages. Also included a fun tiki bar below the house for griling and playing games. A large well-stocked (dishes and cooking ware) kitchen and a dining room table that easily fit all of us made gathering together for a family meal each day possible and affordable (vs eating at restaurants).
We spent a lot of time reconnecting with each other while sitting in the numerous rockers on the scenic front porch. Easy access to the beach and water right across the street. Perfect for walks in the early morning to catch the sunrise!

This home was perfect for an extended family vacation that made memories we will cherish forever. The house embodies everything I love about Folly Beach. It is beautiful, well appointed, unbeatable location with that laid back, beach cottage , you can relax here and although it is very nice, not feel like everything is too shiny, new or breakable. It has so many well appointed contents and features— can’t even name them all. Very clean. Comfortable. And the entire family enjoyed the front porch, the awesome outdoor entertainment area underneath the house and the beach. I am so thankful for such a perfect vacation and hope we will return in the future!

We had a great time in this house. We’ll stocked. Almost everything we needed to make a thanksgiving meal was already on-site. Great beach views and the perfect spot to surf right out front. (Or watch some surfing) Quick golf cart ride to shopping, eating and nightlife. Would definitely stay here again.

Loved the location, with the ocean RIGHT THERE and surfers throughout the day. Impressed with the wonderful beach colors and decor. We spent hours on the front porch in the comfy rocking chairs. So very roomy and all the kitchen equipment, etc that we needed. Loved the party area on the ground level and hope to rent here again to take advantage of this area.

This is possibly the 4th VRBO Rental that we’ve used to get our large extended family together and by far, the best! The photographs fairly represented the space and I wasn’t afraid to sit on the furniture or sleep in the bed!! The kitchen was well stocked and we had everything that we needed. Thank you, Matt!!

The house is amazing and Matt could not be more accommodating. You won't need for anything staying here but in case you do, Matt will take care of you. Had to cut our trip short due to impending hurricane and Matt refunded us the nights we could not stay. We truly hope to go back another time.

Large house with great view of the ocean and easy quick access to the beach. Even on Fourth of July weekend we didn't have any problems finding space on the beach. Our group was 11 people and we had more than enough room indoors. Spent a lot of time on the large front porch which had many rocking chairs facing the ocean and had dinner several times at the downstairs grill / bar / fridge / freezer / ice maker area. Owner was easy to communicate with.

Loved everything about this house. Hosts were great to work with and it was exactly as stated in the description and pictures. Perfect quiet location and do fun to watch the surfers while sitting in the rocking chairs on front porch.

Great place just across from the Washout. We had 14 people 7-70 shuffling in and out over a weeks time to enjoy the beach. Get a gas golf cart and enjoy all the island life has to offer. Far enough away from the crazy but close enough for a nice golf cart ride. Would rent again!

Great view of the beach, and it’s right where all the surfers go, so the views are always entertaining. The house is great for larger groups. We had 9 people and everyone love the accommodations. The bar under the house was a great place to hang out and enjoy a beverage. Huge dining table. Everyone got their own bed and bathroom. They have really done an outstanding job with this house.

Great Spot for a getaway
Endless Summer was perfect for a sibling reunion weekend. The house is very straightforward; a bunch of sleeping rooms, a big kitchen and dining area, and a great front porch right out in front of the ocean. And the ice house and bar downstairs is fantastic--it would have been great in the summer for a boil and party. A great time!

Perfect house for a big group
We had the best time! The other girls kept commenting how great the house was for a big group. We came for my sister’s bachelorette party. The weather was terrible so we stayed inside all weekend. Luckily, the view is incredible. I also loved that there was an ice machine so we never had to make a run to the store. I am planning on taking my family back. Such a fun house!
