The house has a great location in a quiet neighborhood. Everything was clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. We loved sitting out back and watching the sea birds. Our dog loved having the fenced in back yard to roam around in. My husband and I really appreciated the coffee bar stocked with a variety of coffee pods and everything else needed to make a quick cup of coffee. Overall, everything was wonderful and we hope to stay here again the next time we visit family.

As we were amidst a move, we needed a furnished home for extended family to stay. This home smelled so clean and fresh upon entry. It is so much more spacious inside than it appeared from the outside (and photos). Great layout. Comfortable beds and couches. Large dining table. Close to our other home and many amenities. Host was welcoming and very helpful. Saving this home- for when we visit again.

Amazing and hospitable!
We absolutely loved this rental! The house was beautiful and well equipped. More importantly, the owner was on top of the little details. Waters in the fridge, keurig coffees, and a snack basket! All the comforts of home were taken care of and we felt so welcomed. Next time we will use the kayaks!

Wonderful
We were looking for a place where family could stay near us and be comfortable. This house was spacious and beautifully decorated. The location on the water and yet near restaurants and stores was excellent. We made a lot of memories enjoying the outdoor area. If you are looking for a home where you can enjoy all that Florida has to offer, this is the place.

Hernando Beach home on canal
My husband and I are snowbirds from Georgetown Ontario Canada. We were fortunate enough to have rented Terre’s property for the last three months. When we walked into the house we were both blown away with how incredibly beautiful and clean.
The day we arrived was New Year’s Eve. Terre made sure we had enough groceries in the fridge to tie us over the weekend. She even included some bubbly to toast the New Year, which we enjoyed looking over the canal watching all the twinkling Christmas lights.
Her hospitality and generosity has been unbelievable. We have no words that can express how fortunate we feel to have found such a perfect property.
This is not our first trip to Florida but it is the first time we can say we were thrilled with everything about being there! Thank you Terre for everything you have done and sharing your beautiful home with us! It is a memory we will cherish for years to come! Barbara & Tom

Totally relaxing
Terre's property was exactly like the pictures/description. It was one of the best stocked homes I've rented. It was very clean and had plenty of places to relax, talk, watch TV. The lanai and view were lovely, just sitting on the dock in the morning with my coffee was so relaxing and a great start of our mini vacation. My husband and I visited with his 2 sisters and we had a grand time. Two members of our group had mobility issues(using rollators) but the small step down to the back room & lanai was not an issue. We will definitely rent with Terre again. It was delightful.

Serenity now exceeds expectations
The pictures do no justice, this home is tastefully decorated, spotless and well appointed. The pillows and beds are comfortable, the showers are good and the coffee station is a nice touch. I wish we could have been here longer. Plenty of room for everyone and the layout provides for privacy. Terre was responsive and helpful, we hope to return soon.

We enjoyed our stay at the house. The canal is beautiful and the house was super clean and beachy. The only negative is that the mattresses were very worn down and uncomfortable except the one in the master bedroom.

Excellent place for Christmas
Our family wanted to get together for Christmas in a safe open space and we found it. There was even a tree waiting for us. One of the most relaxing places we have stayed. Sitting on the dock or watching a movie with the grandkids this house felt like a home. Highly recommend. Terre was great.

Our Weekend Getaway
What a wonderful weekend my family and I had at Serenity Now! Our first getaway to Hernando Beach and we instantly fell in love with this house and location. Serenity Now was immaculate as far as cleanliness inside and out. This house was stocked with everything we could possibly need and the back porch, backyard and dock were pure relaxation. Terre was so willing to please! It was a wonderful experience, my family wants to come back next summer for a nice, long vacation 😊I definitely recommend Serenity Now!
