We loved our stay. Kim’s home is wonderful with everything we needed. It was clean, bright and quiet with a great backyard for relaxing throughout the day and into the night. The cozy fire pit can’t be beat in November! All the rooms have ceiling fans too. The location was key for us with family minutes away. Groceries and our choice of pharmacies were so handy. We hope to stay here again and, hopefully for a longer vacation.

Second stay and already looking to book for next year. This is one place that is very accurately described and pictured. The owners are top notch. The neighborhood is beautiful and so peaceful!! It's a true gem!!

This is the third time in 2 years we’ve stayed at this property first time under my name but it has always been a great play to stay clean and close to all stores and good restaurants. I plan on booking again next year Kim is very accommodating

Beautiful and stunning!!! Literally a backyard oasis. Great house and the owners have everything set up perfectly. Very easy smooth communication with the owners and we were able to do an early check in which we really appreciated. Master bed was very comfortable. Easy check in process…. use the code they give you the day before to access the house, read the packet in the kitchen and then flip the switch in the dining room to shut off the outdoor security camera and you are set to go!

We were specifically looking for a place with a private pool, and we loved every minute of our time in the pool AND the house itself! The hosts have everything you could possibly need on site. Simply fabulous!!

This is the second time that we have stayed here it's one of our favorite places. Perfect place to unplug and unwind . The house was spotless fully equipped, fantastic private yard with that wonderful pool. The area is quiet and close to shopping, restuarants and anything else you might need. Kim and Eric you’ve done a wonderful job of making your guests feel comfortable and welcome! Looking forward to our next stay!

Everything about this place is awesome we love it. And Kim is great to work with she answers back right away and you can tell they really care and want their people to have a good time at their property.

The house is conveniently located with everything you could want just a short drive away. The backyard is great. The pool and lounging areas were fantastic. There are several seating areas in the backyard making it ideal for guests.

We had three sets of friends in to stay with us over our visit. The property was perfect. We would definitely book this place again. It was easy to get to night clubs in Phoenix and a quick trip to Lake Pleasant. Services such as grocery stores were near by. Thanks Kim and Eric.

We stayed for 63 days at the property and wish it could have been longer. The hosts were wonderful to deal with and very responsive to our needs, and we felt very much at home. The backyard was very beautiful, and the neighborhood was extremely quiet. All together it was a great experience and we would highly recommend staying at this property.

What we liked: 1) House was clean. 2) Back yard planting is very pretty. Two huge amazing date palms! 3) Convenient location base to explore rest of Arizona. What could be improved / changed: 1) Shower water took ages to come on hot in master bathroom, and hot water ran out on occasion. Small shower head in second bathroom. Very thin towels provided. No wine glasses. 2) Pool pretty, but lots of steps and seating within it make it more of a plunge pool. No room to really swim, so very disappointing. Backyard area not always tranquil as it’s in a flight path, including being a military aircraft practice area! 3) Biggest issue was the attitude of the owner! On arrival she warned us about cameras on front door and in backyard, and the backyard camera can apparently be switched off, but it left us feeling watched. Lots of rules in handbook and on display. Normal ones like not using drinking glasses in pool area, to the more unusual rules such as to only use the dishwasher at certain time periods. Fact: people who treat a property disrespectfully don’t obey written rules anyway, and people who do follow them just feel irritated by constant visual reminders dotted around the house. The entire ethos felt very controlling! Also, a more sophisticated experience is to give your guests the illusion that the house is theirs during their stay. Unfortunately the owner chose to leave several personal wedding pictures on display. On day 4 of our 7-day visit, we had a message asking what time we would be departing on day 7, as she had other guests staying the week after us and wanted to get in to prepare the house. To us this message was actually quite offensive. While we appreciate she has a business to run, we are entitled to stay until the agreed departure day & time, and do not wish to hear about other people. On the day of departure we left before the agreed exit time, only to see the owner pulling in to the driveway as we drove off it! Clearly we had been watched, and it felt very rude. Her waiting just 5 minutes until after we had left would have been more professional. We have been lucky enough to stay in properties all over the world, but have never before met such an insecure owner! If control is that important, maybe this isn’t the right area to work in? Hopefully the owner will not feel too defensive about this honest feedback, but instead use it to provide an improved guest experience.

This is one of the BEST properties we have ever stayed at through VRBO, and we've stayed at many! We would not hesitate to return. Kim was absolutely wonderful! She answered any questions we had and was extremely prompt with the answers. The home looks just as pictured - actually more beautiful in person! Everything you can imagine is there for your use. Nothing is missed! It's a wondefully quiet neighborhood and very beautiful. The pool and backyard are stunning! I could go on and on about this home! Cannot wait to return to the area....and definitely would stay here! Thank you Kim and Erik for such a wonderful stay!!

The house is very nicely laid out and appointed. Easy to be there and very comfortable. The yard is magnificent, with two large and two smaller but amazing palm trees and such an imaginative job of decorating the entire yard, particularly the back. The pool is the perfect size and was a joy to use.

We stayed at this property for a week and enjoyed every second of it, especially the covered patio and absolutely AH-mazing pool! The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed, from the variety of pots and pans to coffee makers, measuring spoons, spices, and leftover containers. The large couch and chaise lounge in the living room provided more than enough comfortable seating options. The blackout curtains were appreciated as were the roll down screens that helped minimize the afternoon heat in the second bedroom. Some of our favorite places to eat in the area were the Twisted Italian, Haymaker Peoria and the Angry Crab Shack. All our communications with the owners were professional and prompt. The instructions that were left inside the home regarding how to connect to the internet, trash pick-up, etc. were also clear and easy to understand. We would definitely rent from these owners again - thank you for a truly exceptional time!

This is a beautiful home in a wonderful community. The backyard is truly an oasis. If you are considering a trip to the area, this is where you want to be.

I cannot say how much we loved this property! It is exactly as advertised. A true Oasis. The backyard was more than perfect. I hated to leave. So peaceful. The inside of the house is very nice, and comfortable. Has everything you could possibly need. We visited ( just my husband and I) for some much needed time away, and I don’t think we could have found a better place for that! Would definitely love to visit and rent this property again in the future. Communication with the owners is also very good, very responsive.

The hubs and I spent a few days away from the kids. It was heavenly! Spent a lot of time in the pool (it was 112 degrees outside) and did a lot of relaxing inside. Have no complaints and keep talking about going back!
