The property was excellent. Full kitchen, stereo TV with free Netflix ecc, felt like being at the pictures at night when sitting back and relaxing. Hosts were very helpful, met us at the property gave us the run down of the property and also suggestions of what we could see. John came and fixed up a problem with one of the shower heads.

Hot water for the showers , sometimes took awhile to come through?

Property was exceptionally presented, with great facilities and location.

Reached out to the host regarding the possibility of late cancellation due to recent emergency surgery (with copy of hospital certificate), and found the response quite impersonal/unprofessional. Understand that flexibility may not be possible however the same message could have been delivered with some empathy and professionalism instead of "Hi sorry to hear that but if l did that for everyone that asks we would be broke now". Also not a fan of the host meeting us on arrival to tour the property/explain how things work (e.g. dishwasher, tv) - could be done via written notes as we've seen in other properties as all pretty self-explanatory and felt somewhat condescending. Have since looked at previous reviews and can see why Hosts consider this is useful, but would suggest this be an option offered ahead of check-in rather than a given. Otherwise, property and our stay overall was great.

The property is very clean, everything works and it is comfortable.

I would Never book this property again . If you want to be stalked by owners watching every move you make and have your privacy taken away from you book this place !

Messages from owners via txt messages wanting to know a time on arrival after check in time 3pm . When on arrival pulled into drive way after a 6 hour drive and was greeted by owner waving at us with the door open . We booked online through booking.com for 2 Adults and was messaged by owners that they wanted to meet on arrival to see if 2 people ONLY was checking in .... After getting out of our vehicle we get told to come in and was taking around the property to been shown how to open kitchen draws , how to use the grill , how the heater works , where the bowls are . How to open curtains and turn on bed lights , this took 15 mins .... ( if you needed the toielt after a long drive good luck with that . You might get the owners showing you how to flush ) . I thought I booked the whole executive studio however was asked " would I be using the other bedroom " ? We said No so the other rooms are locked .... The fire place in main lounge was broken , The main TV has a lock on Volume for surround sound , The free WiFi is very slow had to use our own data . The Balcony has no under cover so couldn't use it as it rained all weekend . Very slippery floor aswell . The room downstairs was locked only had access to one bedroom. The hot water in shower is controlled and is like a dripping tape on your body. The bed is not that big so enjoy elbows in your face while sleeping . Now to the next encounter of owners . We had roller door up to move our luggage into property , when owner came to roller door and said to my husband " A young mistake don't leave roller door quarter of the way up because you might forget and reserve into door that's how roller doors are broken " then asked " where you from " ? And walked off to next door . No introduction that he was the Owner of the property . RUDE & This was a breach of our privacy " . Next morning I went out the front door and I locked myself out .

Upon arrival we were forced to come out of cars all together especially when we have little kids, so they can do a head count. Where as we could have warmed up the house a bit before taking the kids inside. Quite strange, never seen anything like this before. Living area Tv too slow to navigate around.

The kitchen sink mixer had a bad leak. Couldn’t open windows in main bedroom.
