Il y a de grandes fenêtres en verre et des portes coulissantes en verre sur pratiquement toute l'unité. Parce que nous sommes au deuxième étage, cela nous permet de voir l'eau de la cuisine, de la salle à manger, du salon et de la chambre principale. Presque tous les jours, nous voyons les dauphins se nourrir. Si c'est une journée venteuse, vous verrez probablement des planchistes sur l'eau, Vous pouvez louer des planches à pagaie et des cabanes sur la plage.

Bons terrains de golf. Aéroport de Tampa à 30 minutes. Bush Gardens 30 minutes. Disney World et Sea World 90 minutes. L'aquarium de Tampa, le planétarium, les musées d'art, le théâtre en direct et les courses de chiens sont tous à proximité. Même le golf miniature.
Las Brisas possède une piscine extérieure chauffée, 3 huttes Tilki pour pique-niquer près des barbecues extérieurs.
Le prix est pour 6 seulement car nous n'avons qu'une seule place de parking.

Nous avons été en vacances en Floride pour la plupart de nos vies. Commencé sur la côte Est. Une fois que nous sommes allés sur la côte ouest, nous avons aimé l'eau chaude du golfe et les montées moins hautes. Après plusieurs vacances sur cette côte, nous avons décidé que Madeira Beach était notre premier choix. Nous avons ensuite acheté en 1994. Nous faisons maintenant de ce condo notre maison d'hiver, maintenant que nous sommes retraités. L'aimer.

Beautiful condo. Spacious. Comfy furniture. Awesome parking spot gorgeous view from balcony. Literally steps to beach and ocean. Bathrooms ( shower and tub both) could use updating.
Our family (6 adults) had plenty of room. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Room was exactly as advertised. Room had plenty of extras, canopy, beach chairs, beach toys. Great size rooms plenty of sleeping arrangements. Kitchen was stocked and bonus air fryer. No issues. Overall it is a little older and could use some cosmetic updates but nothing major. Our only complaint which absolutely no fault of the condo owner was the elevator did not work all week. Luckily this condo was on level 2 so steps was not terrible. Hope to be back.

Condo was very convenient right on the Beach could hear the ocean every night so peaceful for sleeping close to Johns pass for Great dining and shopping beds very comfortable only issues was the patio doors were hard to open and it needed more beach chairs that sit lower to the ground other than that the condo was Perfect would defindefinitely there again

We had a great week at the beach. Thanks for having some beach chairs and sand toys to use during our stay. The condo was clean and comfy. The only complaints (minor) we would have is the elevator is pretty slow and the balcony door is very difficult to open and close. Thanks again!

Sliding door very hard to open. I could not open without help especially from outside. The men could but still very hard....But definitely would like to maybe stay again, especially if can get the slide door fixed. Thanks for sharing it with us. One question, do you own another 3 bedroom there at the Las Brisas? Because we may need 2 if we come again. Thanks

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. It had a great location right on the beach. Sunsets were fantastic each night. It was close to groceries, bars and several restaurants. We never needed a car. The beach is beautiful. Check in was very easy and the host was friendly and their communication was excellent. We look forward to coming back here agan.

You certainly can’t beat this gorgeous ocean front view from the spacious balcony! The sunsets were incredible!
The condo was had a very large primary bedroom, walk through closet to the main restroom. The second bedroom had a private restroom. The furnishings were well used and eclectic but there was lots of seating and adequate kitchen facilities. We would rebook because of the central location!

Just returned from a week long vacation in this wonderful condo. Had all the amenities of home! Very spacious condo, with the uniqueness of having 3 bedrooms. We watched the dolphins play from the balcony every morning. The host was immediate with responses when questions arose. I would recommend this condo and host in the future. We will be staying again!

My family and I enjoyed the last week at the condo. It was nice to celebrate Christmas at the beach with my mother and my children instead of snowy Pennsylvania. Plenty of sand and pool toys for the kids, though we didn’t really need them. It was nice having beach towels there for use. The house could really use a good cleaning. It looked overall clean but there was a lot of crud between the bathroom vanities. We needed to move the nightstands out a little to get to the plug to charge phones and there was a good bit of crumbs and dirt on the floor. Same with under the recliners. I had my 11 month old crawling around and dropping her binky and that really the only reason we noticed most of it. Overall it’s a spectacular condo. The location is absolutely perfect. The owners are super nice and quick to respond. Make sure you take things like toilet paper and paper towels as there was no extra. It was nice being able to do the laundry right in the condo, especially with kids. They had a booster seat there which was a pleasant surprise and made feeding the baby a lot easier. Plenty of pots and pans to cook for the family. I would definitely love to stay there again and hope to in the future.

Check in was easy. Great accomodations right on the beach. Great neighbors. Close to restaurants and activities. Everything we needed was there. We'll be back for sure!!

The shower curtain in the guest bathroom was covered in mold. The toilet in the master bathroom would not stop running. There were no batteries in the remotes for the TV. There were no blankets to add to the beds, which only had a sheet and paper thin coverlet.
I reached out to the owner about the above items and the response was 1. She ordered a new shower curtain to be delivered from Amazon in 2 days and since I am paying “half price” for the rental, I should have no problem hanging the curtain myself. (Half price being the going rate for this area during the fall season.) 2. She contacted a plumber to come look at the toilet but I needed to be available to let him into the property. 3. Batteries were also ordered from Amazon to be delivered in 2 days (no TV until then). 4. She told me to “turn the heat up on the thermostat” if I am cold. There were no blankets to be found.
I have been visiting Madeira Beach nearly every year for the past 25 years. I have never stayed in a place that was so unprepared for guests. Instead of making the guests feel comfortable with the basic necessities, I was made to take care of property issues on my vacation.
My family made a last minute switch from a neighboring condo because we needed additional beds. We were sorry we did. We actually paid more (half price???) for an outdated condo that is ill prepared for renters.

We loved our stay with this condo, very clean and updated and everything you needed was available for our stay. 5 star for that. Just that the palm trees obstruct the ocean view so we need to move to the side of the balcony to enjoy, also we noticed cockroaches in the condo which concerned us. We had them in the washrooms in some rooms and kitchen area.
We were careful to keep our luggages closed at all times.

Enjoyed the 3 bdrm 2bath condo on the beach. The pool was convenient, clean and not over crowded. Had shade and sun during most of the day at the pool. Easy parking on ground level. We kept most beach supplies in the Minivan because it was parked 20 feet from the beach. Several restaurants, bars and groceries within walking distance. 3rd floor condo could take the stairs or wait for the elevator.

The number one deciding factor for finding a place to stay was that it be on the beach. This definitely is on the beach. I was there with my one sister and my 2 daughters. It was a celebration of me finishing writing my book I've been doing for many years. We ate out all the nights except one and my sister fixed us a yummy dinner. We aren't into fish stuff but there were also many kinds of food within walking distance. There were many very tasty ice cream shops nearby, which of course we had to try. The beach was so nice. There were lounge chairs down at the beach for rent. I think they were $35 for the day (that included 2 lounge chairs which were linked together with a little place to put drinks.) We rented kayaks over near Tampa which were $30 I believe for 8 hours. We used them for a little more than 4 hours. We saw dolphins right near us and some other things swimming around. The kitchen was well equiped with everything we needed. We wished the beach chairs (the ones supplied at the condo) would have reclined back, they just sit straight up. We loved to take them down by the water and sit in the sand with our feet in the ocean. We spent most of the days just lounging around at the beach. We stayed for 7 days and didn't want to come home. We all had a great time.

This condo was perfect for our annual girl's trip! It was just a short trip from St Pete and Tampa airports. There were good restaurants right across the street and others within walking distance. We also walked to John's Pass everyday. We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely come back again!

Very clean and well stocked. View from balcony gorgeous with the 3 palm trees in front of balcony. Chairs on balcony were very uncomfortable. Unit could have an extra 1 or 2 rolls of toilet paper.

I had to turn around and go back home due to hurricane Ian coming ashore. I contacted the owner to reschedule and she stated she couldn’t do that. I think she should at least refund the taxes and cleaning fee. There was a mandatory evacuation where the condo is located.

Madeira Beach is fantastic. Las Brisas is directly on the beach, with gulf beach views from the balcony. We definitely enjoyed our stay. The condo is large and very well equipped.

My partner and I enjoyed a relaxing week here. The condo was well stocked with everything we needed- including beach chairs, umbrellas & beach towels. Under cover parking was nice- we kept the beach stuff in the trunk for easy access every morning. Balcony was key and sunsets were beautiful! Would stay again.

We had everything that we needed for our family vacation in one spot. Easy access to the beach, with lots of chairs, umbrellas and beach toys available to us. For those that wanted it, the pool was also available and overlooked the ocean so you could have both worlds!
The condo had a fully stocked kitchen, making meals a breezes. The bedrooms had full linens stocked and some paper goods for each bathroom and kitchen.
Within walking distance, we had grocery stores and a number of restaurants. It’s the perfect location

AWESOME BEACHFRONT LOCATION!!
This is the second time we've stayed in this condo and it just like last time it didn't disappoint. With three bedrooms and two baths there is plenty of room in the condo for a large family. Everything is super clean and in working order. The view is unreal. Your parking space for this condo is literally about 5 steps to the sand it is gorgeous! The condo has glass doors that cover the entire length of the living room and master suite that walk out to a beautiful view. We watched the dolphins out on the balcony almost every morning. The host are absolutely fantastic to work with. They are very prompte on sending info and quickly respond to questions. We will definitely stay here again and I highly recommend it!
