This property now tops our list of favorite places to stay in the Roaring Fork Valley. You can walk out the door to Carbondale’s Main Street and are conveniently located to everywhere else you might want to go during your stay. Lovely home and nice views!

We had a wonderful stay. It was a great location, the condo had all the amenities we could ask for, it is a beautiful place. We would stay again!

We had a wonderful week at Annie’s place in Carbondale. The unit is lovely - 3rd floor with covered balcony and view of Sopris and mountains….perfect to start the day with morning coffee and wind down with cocktails. Kitchen was very, very well-stocked with any utensils one might need. The 2 BR / 2BA unit was roomy enough for 4 people….open living space concept with nice sized living room (large couch and two big chairs); large (for 8-10) dining table, and great bar set up in the kitchen. The covered balcony with comfortable seating adds an extra room. Both bathrooms had walk in showers. Plenty of closet space. Designated parking spot near the elevator was convenient. Also, the bike path runs right along side of the building, so great for a morning run or ride. Location was excellent. One block off of Main Street, making it an easy walk to restaurants and the square for events. Owners were lovely; easy to reach and responded immediately with any questions. …..BTW - great artwork in the unit, some by Annie (and others??). Loved it!

Such a wonderful, relaxing stay in the middle of Carbondale. As other reviews mention, it really feels like a home and has one of the best-outfitted kitchens we've stayed at. It's two-minute walk to all of the great options in Carbondale and a short drive to amazing hiking / outdoor activities. Having a nice shaded parking spot in the summer was a nice plus as well. We would love to return.

Our stay was simply lovely. It was a perfect spot to rest after spending as much time as we could with our new grandson and his parents. Our only issue, was we were a bit confused at the directions to get into the condo, as, there was no mention of using the middle lock, just the handle on the bottom. It was a very minor inconvenience and we strongly encourage people to take advantage of this gorgeous and rather artfully decorated home while visiting Carbondale and its environs. We hope to be able to use it, again. The kitchen was well stocked. I loved the heated toilet seat and all of its frills, comfy bed, and everything about it. Thank you so much for working with us as we battled our flooded basement in Golden. What a pleasure staying in this welcoming spot.

We loved our stay here. Had everything we needed in terms of relaxing and cooking. Perfect location. Extremely comfortable, sunny and pleasant space for our homebase for daily fun outings to nearby hiking excursions and strolls through town.

A fine place to get away. Very comfortable, very spacious and has every possible accessory you might need. Great fireplace. Away from traffic noise. Near good restaurants. Covered, easy access parking. Perfect.

We enjoyed ourselves once again staying at Annie’s. This time was for two weeks and we were again sorry to leave. We hope to be back again soon.

Spacious condo, end unit so very private. A block or two from Main St. so quiet but an easy walk to everything. Washer/ dryer worked great. Two nice bathrooms. Big balcony with a big view of Mt. Sopris. We will stay here again when we are in Carbondale.

This property has it all: great location; right on the Rio Grande bike path; one block from Main street with a number of good restaurants. I don't like to drive at night, so this location was perfect for us. On our next trip to the Roaring Fork valley, I'll try and book this property again.

This is a great spot in Carbondale. Near everything, very comfortable, wonderfully appointed, spacious, super clean, and very well equipped. Host was terrific and whole process was seamless. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

The other reviews talked about how this place was a lot nicer than it appeared in the pictures, and I second that. This is not like staying at a typical VRBO, it’s like staying at a family member’s home. The kitchen is well decked out with anything you need to cook, including sharp knives, nice wine glasses, and large cozy coffee cups. The place very spacious and decorated with a beautiful art. I was so drawn into the large book collection that it made this stay so much more relaxing. The view from the porch are stunning. Thank you so much for putting this beautiful home on VRBO. We hope to visit again!

The property was more spacious than we expected. The condo was well equipped, quiet and was very walkable to downtown Carbondale.

We've been coming to Carbondale for years to visit family, but had never stayed "downtown." Great location (right by True Nature and a block from the Village Smithy). Balcony is tremendous, with great view of Sopris and Red Hill. Wonderful book collection: literally something for everyone and every taste. Great art and photographs, too. Would definitely return.

Convenient location, great place to stay. Unit had everything we needed and wanted. Highly recommend Will be back.

The place was beautiful. We really needed a place to get away from Denver. Beautiful views. Great service. Already planning our next trip to stay here.

When we arrived we couldn't get into property. After many calls the owner finally called back and apologized for sending the wrong code. Honest mistake. Upon receipt of the new code we entered to find the unit had not been cleaned - dirty sheets on unmade bed, dirty wet towels in bath. (We thought we had just read that VRBO was requiring special sanitizing of its units) The owner said she would refund the entire amount, would get the unit cleaned in a couple of hours and we could stay for free. As we are in the high risk covid category now we were going to be exposed to 3 housekeepers without any time in-between. While contemplating our best course of action, we checked to find that she had only refunded part of the entire costs. (Strike 3) We had to call back and finally got the entire amount refunded. We ended up staying at the Distillery Inn (Immaculate room with excellent service). We were extremely disappointed and shocked at the lack of professionalism. Although the owner did try to repair the damage done, with the continued errors and mishaps we had no confidence in this owner. From what we saw of the unit, it was large, had a nice layout and had a nice outdoor deck. We can only say rent at your own risk.

Accommodations were fantastic. Annie was super friendly and very helpful while we stayed in Carbondale. We would recommend the penthouse and can’t wait to visit again.

Terrific apartment with a parking garage. We loved the condo and it was convenient to downtown.

Our stay in the penthouse was perfect! It was beautiful, clean, spacious! The view was wonderful. The penthouse is a cool layout and the balcony is huge!. Annie was gracious and easy to talk to. You can walk to everything in downtown Carbondale yet the apartment is in a quiet spot. I loved it and would definitely go back and stay at the penthouse!

You could not find a better location and rental! We loved it! The Rec Center down the street offers amazing classes! The fantastic restaurants and even the grocery/ hardware stores are super walkable. The yoga studio next door is first class. Plus, the trails are out your back door then throw in rental bikes down the way. Whole Foods and a big City Market are 15 minutes away,with the best Farmer’s Market on Wednesday’s two blocks from your apartment. As for the apartment, it is a two bedroom with a large gourmet kitchen, cozy living room, covered parking, lanai with a gas grill and friendly neighbors! This place and the town are home runs!

Feels like the home of a nice, hospitable family. Books, board games, even a piano, spacious dining table, well-equipped kitchen. Fun to enjoy sunsets on the veranda.

Love it. Convenient, roomy comfortable, great kitchen if you care to cook.
