Kats place was very clean and very, very well appointed. The neighborhood was very quiet and safe and was in a great location for hiking, good restaurants and beautiful scenery. The extra welcoming touches that Kat provided were a pleasant surprise. We truly enjoyed our stay. I would highly recommend.

Kat had everything and then some. The place is darling and close to everything.

Very clean, nicely equiped place. Even though pets are allowed in the unit, I had no problem with my allergies to cats. We were in Carbondale for outdoor biking, so unit was a good jumping off point for the Rio Grande trail, close to groceries and other supplies. The units location on the front, was great for unloading bikes, made it handy for going in and out each day.

Convenient location in nice quiet neighborhood. Beautiful backyard and and a very welcoming host couple. I will happily be back.

This space was great! Truly a charming studio in a great location in Carbondale. We were very happy with our stay.

It was a perfect getaway. The house is clean and it gives a nice home away from home. Kat and Claude are awesome and leave you to your own privacy. My wife and I, enjoyed every moment of it and we definitely plan to go back. The one complaint I have is, the weekend is just 2 days long. I would love to spend a big long weekend of over a week in this nice place. Definitely going back.

It was perfect for my stay in Carbondale- comfortable bed, kitchen area with coffee & teas, and the hot tub under the stars! Even use of the bicycles. It is set in a nice quiet neighborhood near walking trails with good view of Mt. Sopris.

This studio has everything you could want and a lot of creative touches. The location is great, the bed was so comfortable, the shower was excellent, the backyard was beautiful, and Kat was extremely welcoming. I would absolutely stay here again.

Extra efforts were taken to outfit this comfortable studio surrounded by Kat's beautiful flowers. Best stocked VRBO we've experienced for condiments. Spacious (outdoor) hot tub available. Kat is very accommodating. Bed very comfortable. No A/C, but 2 variable speed ceiling fans. Central Carbondale location.

Kat and Claude are both wonderful hosts, thoughtful and caring. Their thoughtfulness is evident as every detail to ensure the comfort of their guests is provided in this wonderful studio. Their beautiful residential neighborhood is quiet, comfortable, and the view of Mt Sopris is amazing. The location is convenient to grocery shopping and downtown Carbondale. The particular attention they provide to their beautiful flowers shows how much they truly care about this property.

Creative construction in such a small space. Everything we needed was within reach. Loved the hot tub. Perfect location to restaurants. I would stay here again.

Hosts were exceptionally helpful and provided everything necessary for a great stay. Comfortable accommodations with free use of bicycles for touring the sites. A great place for couples or a single vacationer. Be aware that there is no stove, but a microwave/convection oven and two-burner hotplate are available, as well as access to an outdoor grill. Certainly worth a repeat stay.

We stayed at Kat & Claude’s studio for a weekend to get in a few days of skiing at Aspen/Aspen Highlands, and we really enjoyed our stay. They were very nice and accommodating, especially with our fur babies, and communicating with Kat was a breeze. The space is cozy but immaculate and well-appointed with everything you’d need for a weekend getaway. There’s also a pretty special view of Mt. Sopris that you can see from the studio and pretty much anywhere in the vicinity - it is a truly awe-inspiring sight. It’s extremely well located near downtown Carbondale, a City Market, a creek trail with more spectacular views of Mt Sopris, several other hiking trails, and of course some pretty awesome ski resorts are just a 40min scenic drive away :-) We would highly recommend this place, and hope to have a chance to stay there again ourselves in the future!

This lovely and charming studio is newly built as of last year and is very well done. It is very clean and cute and comfortable for one or two people. The owners are delightfully welcoming and caring about their guests. It has everything you need and is centrally located and is easy to find. I look forward to staying there again!!!

This was a great place to stay; close to town, quiet, filled with all kinds of welcoming and cozy extras. The place says cool during the day even when it is hot out and the neighborhood is great for an evening stroll down to the river. Kat and Claude were friendly and helpful and we will be back next time we visit family in Carbondale.

This apartment is beautiful with lots of fun touches along with being extremely clean. The yard is beautiful and there are many tables and chairs and a brand new hot tub to use. It's stocked with everything you'd need and lots of options for cooking or eating out. There are two bikes for riding around the lovely neighborhood or into town. The hosts are super helpful and fun people. Anything you need, they're there for you. What a beautiful area for hiking, shopping, fishing and relaxing. We'll definitely be back!

Can't say enough positives about our stay at Kats studio. It was exactly as advertised. Spotless, beautiful inside and out and very private. Kat and Claude were very gracious and were willing to do nearly anything to make our stay pleasurable and memorable. I have nothing negative at all to say, great stay with great people. Definitely returning and we both loved it!!
