Air conditioning unit above the bed was very noisy

Cool boutique hotel with charming hosts and owners. Great local feel. Safe and comfy. The pool was awesome. Breakfast was great. The owner did everything even our laundry and her son spoke English and was very helpful. He gave us a great suggestion for a sunset view.

Pretty far from town if you dont have a car. Maybe 1.5km but it was worth it to be away. Not too close to the beach.

Super cosy Cabañas decorated with a lot of love for detail. The property is situated in a lovely quiet residential area only a couple of 100 meters from Buena Vista Beach. If you are lucky you can see freshly hatched turtles there.

In some of the doors seem to open in the wrong direction and hence do not open all the way

We didn't like the bed and you can hear every word from the room next to you.

The owner was the kindest person int he world and can even make a great paella. loved everything.

The property is very green and lush. The cabins are made in a unique wood cabin style. I loved the pool area, however unfortunately we didn’t have time to hangout there. The breakfast was very yummy! They are also accommodating for vegans, which was great.

The property is a little far from the city. We had a car so it didn’t affect us much, but you have to pass through a long dirt road going there. The walls are extremely thin so you hear everything. After about 7-8 there were families from seems to be the next door property ha going out by the pool and it get every noisy. Also there is a constructing going on not too far away, so si would n’t recommend for early risers.

The breakfast was gorgeous! There are three options eggs and rice combination, toasts jams and jellies, and fruit, and granola fruit and yogurt. All made by Maite the owner. She and her son Miguel are very kind and attentive to detail. The art and quotes around the property are sweet, creative, and allow the intention of the property to be felt. I would stay there again it was a very special experience.

I wish there had been more food offered but delivery from several restaurants which were great. As well as walking to the town and beach we’re very easy.

relaxing oasis in a busy little surf town! Maite and Miguel were incredible hosts, offering suggestions of the perfect beaches to explore on the Nicoya Peninsula, cervezas for happy hour, incredible breakfasts and lovely conversation.

We liked Mikel's local recommendations first of all, the breakfast, available bottles of water, the wooden design and decorations, detailed thinking to make it a hotel that makes you feel home, our room, the pool and the cozy environment in the garden and and and.. There is love in this place!

Nothing I can think of. This was our best stay in Costa Rica from all perspectives: the hotel, the town, the beach.

Beautiful place in good location for beaches. Mother and son team really helpful and hospitable. The pool and garden are a great place to relax. We would love to stay here again!

The place is beautiful, very detailed oriented with artistic touches. The location is excellent for playa Samara. Breakfast was delicious and staff is beyond polite. Would definitely love to be back!

The grounds are great. The breakfast was awesome and the pool amazing. It was very safe and quiet.

The road to the site is HORRIBLE! It is a bit far from down town but not too far to hike. The mattress was a bit lumpy.
