All the staff were super helpful, personable and caring, giving us lots of great tips and advice for exploring Budva and other parts of Montenegro. They helped us with our luggage and just going above and beyond with the customer service compared to what you would usually find in other hotels of this size. Our room was super clean and attended every day, plus a couple of floors had kitchen facilities providing guests with the option of self catering if they so wished. The location was great for accessing both the beach and the centre of town.

super freundliches und hilsbereites Personal. Das Hotel incl. Pool und Aussenanlagen sind sehr gepflegt und sauber. Die Zimmer sind sind neu und sehr schön eingerichtet.

Niet ver van het centrum.
Alles was op wandelafstand.
Kamers waren heel proper.
Er was een lift aanwezig.
Veel TV-zenders.
Mooie frisse kamer.
Geen ontbijt.
Geen parkeerplaats.
Op momenten was er 's avonds lawaai ginder.
We zaten niet allen op hetzelfde verdiep.
Het zicht vanaf het balkon.

The staff were great (special mention to the lady who tidied & cleaned the public areas: she whizzed round, left everything spotless, & was so cheerful & polite. I am sorry I don't know her name to personalise this comment). Rooms were clean with efficient air con, mini fridge & kettle. Shared kitchenette on each floor was useful - supermarket round the corner from the hotel. Lovely pool area too.
I cheekily recommend a free guru walking tour of Budva old town too!
I like walking, but be warned it's a 20 minute walk to the old town, where there are lots of cafes & restaurants, alongside the history

Smještaj nas je oduševio! Sve je čisto, uredno, lokacija je top! Blizu je plaža, trgovine, restorani, kafici i sve što je potrebno. Najbolji smještaj u kojem smo boravili do sad. Puno pohvala također i za ljubazno osoblje. Blažo sa recepcije nas je oduševio sa ljubaznošću i tu je uvijek za pomoć kako bi se gosti osjećali sto ugodnije.

Casa Mia was an excellent choice with spotless rooms , a lovely pool and terrace and kitchen access. Jake and Bleja were so incredibly helpful recommending restaurants, beaches and sights
that we may have missed otherwise. I would recommend this hotel.

Lievemente decentrata rispetto ad altre strutture, Comunque a 5 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia principale. Struttura molto accogliente, personale gentile e cordiale. Piscina ben pulita. Struttura consigliata.
Nulla in particolare. Ricordatevi di avvertire la reception con largo anticipo nel caso in cui siate in macchina. Assenza di parcheggi pubblici nelle vicinanze. Il personale vi aiuterà con la sistemazione dell’auto.

Kaldığım oda bi yatağın sığabileceği kadar küçüktü ama sorun etmedim.

Das Personal war extrem freundlich. Sogar das Gepäck wurde ins Zimmer gebracht.
Auch konnten wir aufgrund des kurzen Aufenthalts direkt vor dem Hotel parken. Der Pool war sehr schön wurde von uns aber nicht benutzt.
Wir hatten das Zimmer direkt neben der Rezeption, hier konnte man leider des öfteren Lärm hören aber Abends zum Schlafen, war dieser wieder weg! :)

Nattpersonalen var inte så trevlig. Kunde ingen engelska så var svårt att kommunicera. Var alltid otrevlig när vi kom hem på natten.

Very clean. Beautiful. In a great location to restaurants, grocery store, nightlife and scenery. Has a shared kitchen on each floor. A beautiful outdoor private pool area. Nice and helpful hotel staff.
They were honest about it being a new property and they’re still adding on to it.

We were welcomed warmly by Ena. Everything was very clean comfortable. Jake had booked us a table in advance for a very nice restaurant. Overall everything.
Slight negative is car parking is not on sight. Prebook parking.

We loved it here. Location is great. Even if you don’t have a car you can easyly walk to the Old Town( around 2 km). Jake is really helpful about everything you need. Casa mia is perfectly clean that is the most important part for us. Small but enough spaces. It’s silent and peaceful. I’ll recommend it to my friends.

Very polite and courteous staff. Extremely clean and well maintained. Daily cleaning of rooms and change of towels. Very close to the beach.
The hotel doesn't have a restaurant or at least a place where you can get coffee in the morning. The hotel is smaller than it looks in the pictures and the size of the pool is quite small.

Very clean and big, modern rooms. Staff was also very friendly and helpfull. Even though the hotel parking was full, our host helped us find a parking place nearby.
We had a rental car. In the whole of Montenegro, parking spots are very scarce. There is a hotel parking with limited availability; if you want to park there, don't forget to make a reservation before you arrive.
