Only found out when I arrived that no one would be waiting for me and that keys were located elsewhere

The apartment was great and easy to access. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. The food in the restaurant, attached to the accommodation, was lovely. The candy that was in the loungeroom was an unexpected treat.

The location is perfect!!!! The apartment was very clean, nice and new. The bed was comfortable in the room. AC was working perfectly. The staff were very very kind and helpful, they replied always directly for our questions. I would totally recommend to stay here!

We were very pleased with the property, it exceeded our expectations. The host was excellent!

Let’s just say I have a different opinion on what luxury is. First, the host was nowhere to be found, she picked up the phone after 4th od 5th time ringing. The smell from the bathroom was unbearable, awful, like I was in the public sewage itself. We contacted the host and she told us it is due to the rain outside and we should flush the toilet couple od times. NONSENSE! (The smell wasn’t from the toilet in the first place.) The hair dryer was broken and it catch my hair couple of times. Windows ARE NOT kids friendly so keep this in mind if you travel with a toddler. There is no free parking and you should spend between 15-20 euros a day. For the same amount of money, better make a reservation in a hotel with a parking place included, because parking is a huge problem in Budva. Last but not least the floor was sticky like it wasn’t cleaned properly.

Great apartment with amazing view of the main street with mountains. Everything inside was new. The apartment is in great location just in front of the TQ mall with many nearby restaurants and bars. Because its on 5th floor the noise from the streets doesn't come up to the apartment. Host was responsive.

even though there are no nearby night clubs/bars with loud music (nearest ist 1 km away) now and then you could hear some noise from some of those clubs if they put some super loud music but fortunately they didn't do it too often and only during the day. Sometimes some bad smell would come from the sink in the bathroom.

There are many problems, first of all with hygiene it is dirty, a strange smell in the frame and in the bathroom the parquet is stained, the appliances do not work properly plus you do not exceed the parking price which is not negligible 15 € per day after several negotiations ( they wanted 20-25 €) and which was communicated after a month in the conditions in which you cannot cancel the reservation.

Good, big and beautiful apartment with nice view and great location at city center. Host allowed late checkout (+ half an hour). Apartment has washing machine, dishwasher and good AC.

Not very clean. Big surprise for "luxury". A lot of spots on the floor, mold and hair in bathroom. Very bad smell because of previous smokers. Apartment has washing machine, but does not have washing powder for it. Nothing regular things in the kitchen like sugar, salt, pepper, oil, etc. Not very hospitable host. Even didn't say goodbye at the end of our staying for example. Plus they have some issues with their bank transactions and push me to call my bank when I have receipts about completed payment. Told me it's my bank fault and I need to handle situation. Spoiler: no :)
