Room size very small, double bed tiny

The hotel staff were so friendly and helpful. They helped with booking a tour for me at the last minute. They also stored my luggage after check out so I wouldn't have to drag it along to the Titanic museum. The restaurant staff were just as great and the breakfast was marvelous.

There was nothing to dislike during my stay

Stand out for me was the check in staff were so helpful and really friendly! Nothing seemed like a bother for them when asked, which was great and really welcoming. Especially Jodie from start to finish was so helpful! All the staff were actually great and friendly when dealing with them. The hotel bar is stunning and great drinks & food ! A really great stay so thank you all.

I know it was a bank holiday weekend and it was the Sunday of the Marathon, however we kept getting moved in the bar before we were due to leave for our train. I recommend maybe putting down reserved signs on the tables that are reserved, and if you move a group from one reserved table and see them going to sit at another (as it has no reserved signs) maybe inform them before they sit down, order a round of drinks and then are drinking their drinks that that table is also in fact reserved. Now the manager who came to tell us was extremely lovely and nice to deal with.

nice hotel and just a different vibe compared to the usual premier in or mainstream jolted groups.

location is a little noisy very early in the morning. also, maintenance we need to look at the double glazed window panel in a particular room as it has fallen down and allows noise from the street into the room.

Breakfast was really good freshly cooked location was great near the train station and plenty of shops around

Our bathroom (202) had areas (the door, paintwork cracked sink and not a nice plug hole)that could definitely be improved..

Beautiful hotel and rooms where so clean and comfortable. The bar is just so picturesque & great staff!

Just that we needed a kettle for more boiled water than the coffee machine could give out. However the tap in bathroom got hot enough so not a major problem.

The whole experience was excellent, staff were lovely from the momment we walked in. Rooms were spacious and comfortable , quirky design 😊 Food was amazing very tasty.

Absolutely gorgeous restaurant/bar area with vibrant decor and a good vibe. Main waiter at breakfast absolutely lovely and very attentive. Selection of breakfast options very good and all that we tried were excellent. Reception staff very friendly on arrival and throughout.

Friendliness of Staff & cleaniness.

Most of the hotel was in darkness. Lighting in hallways very poor especially for my 79 year old mother. Our room faced a noisy alleyway where deliveries were made on carts. Workies chatting whistling and banging carts. Also no inside seats for having a drink all tables for hotel guests eating dinner even tho it was quiet. Had to go to another pub for a drink.

Location was good. not too far away from transport hubs.

Unfortunately, the wifi connection in my room was patchy (it was fine downstairs in the bar/restaurant area though). There wasn't a suitable table to sit and work at in my room.

the check in was late, the lift didn’t work on the 1st floor and there was pumping music below our room after I had previously fainted earlier on that day which made it 10 times worse

The staff were fantastic and couldn't help enough and the bar and restaurant area was great

My room was to the rear of the building and there were some air-conditioning units or fans outside that made some noise so I found it hard to fall asleep but I'm used to a very quiet room.

Great and friendly staff, the two young ladies in the bar on the top of their game.
