Hotel Rooms was clean and comfy, The Aircon worked amazing, Staff were super friendly and polite. A great spot to stay and a Beautiful.

had everything I needed and in the right location

A vast improvement on my previous visit when I was unable to check in until after 4:00pm (3 hours after I had arrived!) I was then offered an upgrade to a spa room as a sweetener but the room provided had no spa! At the time I was quite annoyed as the person on reception had no answers to my questions.

Room was huge and kept in great condition and the food aswell as the pool were amazing. Beutiful spot.

The room was big and the pool was really nice. It was good having a restaurant/ bar on site. Really appreciated the Gardiner - he was the only one who showed respect.

The admin staff were very uninterested in your needs and requirements. They are definitely lacking in hospitality. There was also a lack in room cleaning and replenishing your tea, coffee, soap etc. To be told to get it yourself is not acceptable!
