We stayed at this location for the second year in a row. It has a lovely view of the ocean and easy access to the beach. It is a very nice set up for our family of 3 and the host supplied everything we needed to have a comfortable stay. We will most likely stay here again next year!

Enjoyed our stay

This is a great little condo, has everything you need, the host is very responsive and spells everything out for you. I really appreciated the extra attention to things like a shelf in the kitchen area for groceries, local recommendations etc. we really enjoyed our stay here.

If you're looking for a wonderful, clean place to spend your beach vacay - look no more! The location is convenient and has easy access to the beach. We enjoyed chilling on the ocean view deck in the evenings. The owner was very responsive and we had no issues at all...this condo felt like our home and that's what we were looking for.

This is our 3rd or 4th time staying here. Can't say enough good things. We are already considering coming back later this year if they'll have us.

The size and location were perfect for my wife and I. Easy access to the beach and great view from the side porch. Can't wait to book it again soon! Sam

My family had an absolutely perfect stay at Bob and Carol's condo. It was very bright and clean and spacious, a great location, and easy beach access. We will definitely stay again!

We enjoyed this condo at the beach. It was exactly what we needed! Our criteria for selecting this condo were: 1) location to beach access and our friend’s condo at Channelside 2) king-sized bed 3) sheets/linens provided We were more than happy with our choice! Highly recommend and would stay again if we visit Ocean Isle Beach in the future!

Exactly what I was needing.

The perfect size for our family of four and great location with easy access to the beach. Small mixup with the linens upon arrival, but the owner was quick to respond and the issue was resolved quickly.

We really enjoyed our time in OIB, the location had beautiful views and proximity to the beach was perfect. The communication with Bob was quick and the condo was very clean and had everything we needed for an amazing trip! I would highly recommend and would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Access to the beach is fantastic; there is a handicap accessible boardwalk to the beach which was a nice surprise. We enjoyed our time there and the balcony has a beautiful ocean sunrise view.

We enjoyed our long weekend here. The condo is exactly as listed and communication was great. We always love our visits to OIB and would stay here again.

My husband and I spent a week in the condo and thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The unit was clean, comfortable, and matched the description. The proximity to the beach, along with the ocean view and onsite pool made this a great vacation. We would definitely stay again!

We loved staying here because of the location. The pool was nice to have after the ocean all day. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony at night. Just right size for our family of 4. Bob was receptive to all communication. We will look into staying here again.

Enjoyed our time

We had a wonderful time. We always appreciate a well equiped kitchen as we cook alot. Location was nice and quiet which we enjoyed, as well. I was concerned about using the coin laundry facility that i would have to wait, but i noticed that some othee units had personal washer and dryers so not once did we have to wait on others to finish laundry at the facility on site. Great trip!

We have stayed in a number of places at OIB. This is on a par with the other places. The owner was very helpful and responsive. Well-equipped unit. I owned a weekly rental at the beach for over 25 years. I was very happy with the furnishings, good condition and comfortable.

My family and I just got back from our OIB vacation and loved every minute of it! The condo was the icing on the cake with its great location, cleanliness and friendly atmosphere. We would definitely recommend this condo to anyone interested in OIB and would absolutely stay there again!

My daughter, her friend, and I enjoyed our 7-day stay. The condo was very welcoming and comfy. The layout was very accommodating, giving me my own king bed and half bath, while the girls had their own bedroom. One of our favorite things about the condo was the shower. With 3 ladies, having a long, huge shelf in the shower made it so much better with all of our various toiletries. This was one of our favorite things in the condo. The beds slept very well. The kitchen was nice and not cluttered. It was fine having the basics since we didn’t cook any big meals, and we had space to make our basics. The living area furniture has comfy chairs that swivel! The instructions for TV usage were explained clearly on an instruction card. We enjoyed the balcony. Beautiful views by day and white lights and cool breezes at night. The balcony furniture was very sturdy and comfortable. There were no problems with parking. The pool was private and the laundry room was right inside the fence with the pool. This made it easy to chill in the pool while doing your laundry. We felt very safe at all times using codes for access and not having to keep up with keys. We had a relaxing, enjoyable, fantastic time on our yearly OIB vacation!

We really enjoyed our stay. Location is great, tons of beach at low tide, great for walking. Condo was comfortable, clean, and all equipment functioned properly. Owner communication, check in/ check out was perfect!

Great condo with a fair price point. Extremely clean & great east facing view of OIB/ the ocean! My husband and I would love to stay here again.

We had never been to Ocean Isle and wanted to look around. This unit is centrally located and right on the beach. You can sit inside or right on the deck with views out to the ocean. The unit is cozy and offers all you need since you spend most of the time outside walking the beach, sitting around the pool or exploring surrounding areas. We enjoyed our 2 day offseason stay.

It was so nice to sit out in the deck and see the ocean and also only be steps away from the beach!

Other than the unfortunate events of Hurricane Ian postponing our trip, we had an amazing time, the weather Saturday and Sunday was perfect, and it was great first beach trip for our daughter. We were able to create lots of great memories and the Condo rental was exceptional! Huge thanks to Bob and Carol for allowing us to stay and accommodate us the very best that they could.
