Zimmer und Bad gut.

Es sollte ab 8 Uhr Frühstück geben , um halb Neun war noch niemand in der Küche oder im Hotel, auch auf Anruf hat sich niemand gemeldet, so sind wir um halb Neun dann abgefahren, hatten eine Fahrt nach Italien vor uns und konnten nicht länger warten.

Das Personal .

In jeder einfachen ! Jugendherberge gibt es besseres Frühstück. Hier im Hotel immer alles gleich , selbe scheußliche Wurst , 1Sorte Käse , keine Auswahl. Brötchen waren genug unterschiedliche da , ansonsten fürchterlich!!!! Lage war o.k. , ist aber auch ein kleiner Ort, von daher logisch , dass Hotel einigermaßen zentral liegt.

Alles hätte besser sein können, schmutzige Tapetten , Birnen in Lampen teilweise kaputt, so auch Deckenlampe im Zimmer . Verdreckte Vorhänge , kein Handtuchtausch , der Sessel ekelig . Schimmel in der Dusche , um die Dusche schmutzig, Halterung in Dusche hängt senkrecht nach unten. Möbel aus vergangenen Jahrzehnten . Keiner der Angestellten spricht deutsch oder englisch, die kapieren gar nichts . Habe Fotos gemacht, stelle sie gerne zur Verfügung- bei booking com ??? Bitte an booking com : nicht mehr vermitteln, das Hotel ist eine einzige Katastrophe, noch nie !!! sowas erlebt!

Nicht viel Frühstück war okay aber es gab nicht mal eine Schale fürs Müsli bekamen dann aus aluminium ein behälter zum essen notgedrungen

Nur Kaltes Wasser zum Duschen Zimmer unter den Betten extrem staubig mindestens 2cm hoch Staub und Dreck einige Sachen defekt zb.vorhang Duschwand schmutzig Wände verdreckt und noch einiges mehr. Konnten dann das Zimmer wechseln dieses auch nicht besser war. Mussten dann halt dort schlafen weil wir nichts anders hatten. Personal sprach sehr schlecht deutsch und englisch. Auch für 75 Euro erwartet man ein einigermaßen sauberes Zimmer.

Breakfast was good. Staff very helpful and friendly. Well stocked bar. Indian food was delicious.

There was a smell in the back that led up the stairway one day. It smelled like sewage. I would have liked tea instead of coffee for breakfast.

Room was ok (clean and functional).

The outside doorlock didn't work properly: I got locked out with other people at night for 1,5 hours. Nobody was there to help, nobody asnwered the phone, and everything around was closed. We managed to get in after wiggling the key frame. I have no idea what we would have done if the door wouldn't have opened. The problem wasn't just us, the staff also got issues in the morning and couldn't open the door until I showed them how we did it. Someone rang at my door in the morning, woke me up, to tell me the breakfast was closing in 20min. This was completely unecessary in my opinion, it was 60min before the breakfast time windows written in room, and I hadn't say at any point I would get the breakfast or asked to be woken up. The reception was close at check-out time (11h), without any notes on who to contact or what to do. I had to go look for someone cleaning the rooms at that time to leave my key. I didn't get a very considerate treatment when explaining what happened the night before (fair, since it wasn't that person's responsibility to deal with that). I never write negative review, but honestly this was a very bad experience. Would not stay here again.
