The staff was very polite and helpful. The location is great that you can reach Ganga River in 5 min. There are good restaurants around.

The room was not so clean. If you are too strict about cleaning you can skip this place. Payment method was included credit card as well as cash however they demanded cash when checking out.

Room was not properly cleaned. Paint/plaster dropped from the wall on to the bed, paint/plaster dropped from the ceiling of the breakfast area into our plate! I'm not saying the place is dirty..bathroom was very nice and clean. Breakfast is very very basic The man that is on site most of the time is a good man but he has no idea what is doing and he speaks very limited english...i wish the lady that we met only for our checkout was there all the time...communication was much better Very disapointed with the boat tour we booked via the employee of the hotel...very badly organised. The hotel gave us a big discount on the tour after we complained.

The staff, Sujit especially and the owner himself, Mr.Anoop, are cordial and ready to assist. The room was at the top floor which had complete privacy. The staff was ready to assist with everything possible.

We had to stair upto fourth floor which was quite a task in the summers of June. The location is in narrow, infact very narrow streets of Kashi (this in fact is a like also as the Ghats are nearby). The toilet did not work properly and was too small for even to sit to take a bath. The water running from the taps was too hot through out the day. They donot have a proper inhouse kitchen.

Clean place, WiFi, AC, fan, nice beds. Photographies mostly correspond to the reality. After check out we could leave our bags in the hotel for the rest of the day.

The prices for clothes washing are expensive (80 rs for big piece, 40 for medium, 20 for small one).

Cab goes only till one point and after that the only way to reach is to walk The other room on ground floor was too small, had zero ventilation or way for light to get in, wasn't well lit as one of the bulbs wasn't functioning, there was no electric kettle We asked multiple times for someone to clean the rooms as we stayed for 4 days but nobody cleaned the rooms, we even had to remind them to take out the garbage Reception desk used to be empty most of the times so we had to climb n go up in search for manager It was a huge hassle to wake up the manager early morning as the doors used to be locked All in all, it's not a bad place of your journey is short, but I have stayed in much better places at this price

There is nothing to like here,the owner of the property is very rude and he uses abusive language with his customers,they dint provided us even drinking water also for us ,very worst experince in my 25 years business experience,I fear all the properties listed in booking.com maybe same like this very bad stay 😭😭😭😠

Living area, bathroom, food everything was great, and the person who handles all things there, is also the reason for being liked this place so much.

The host Arub is an incredible person, the location of the guest house is perfect and the service, food and attention were impeccable. After looking for many places to stay i found this was the perfect match. The beautiful rooftop offers 360 degree view of the city and the rooms are very clean. 100 % would recommend to anyone visiting the city!
