This house felt like home. Our toddler had a blast hanging out in the back yard, going to the beach and the village market. House had everything we needed. We would love to stay here again.

Our family really enjoyed our stay. The home gave us perfect spaces for adults and teens and had lots of indoor and outdoor games we could play as a family. We love the close proximity to the beach and to the marketplace as well. Only wish is that soaps and paper products were provided. Otherwise everything was taken care of.

We had a wonderful vacation in Popponesset due to this lovely home. We shared the house with another family and found ample room for us each to have our own space. The best part is that there is two living rooms so the kids felt like they had their separate space. Not only is the home great, but it is a quick 3 minute walk to the beach and short walk to the Poppy Market Place. The house was very clean and the owner was fantastic and responsive. the property was excellent. we would like to give a few suggestions: the tv internet system was extremely difficult to operate. we had no experience with internet tv. it took a couple of days to figure it out. the only extra sheets we found were for the master bedroom. also we could not find any extra pillow cases. just some food for thought.

The house is great - clean, updated, and spacious. The location is ideal as you’re a short walk to a fun and relaxing/uncrowded beach. The neighbors are very friendly and the neighborhood is peaceful. We enjoyed breakfasts on the upstairs deck and grilling in the evening time. The property manager was very responsive which I appreciated.

4 years in a row we have rented this same house. The property and location are ideal and Paul, from the property management company, is great. This home is a short stroll to the beach, offers a fantastic floor plan to accommodate large families or multiple families. The house is equipped with all of the beach gear, chairs, wagons, toys, etc. you don't need to bring anything but your clothes. Absolutely wonderful!

This house was beautiful and offered a convenient location to beach, marketplace, and the “Spit”. The house was stocked with beach chairs, a beach buggy, toys, and games for the kids. We hope to return next year!

Beautiful house, beautiful location

The property is located a short walk from a private beach. The path to the beach runs along a beautiful pond. The house has an excellent layout for families, with plenty of common area and private space. The unit has dual zone AC which kept bedrooms very comfortable. The property manager lives next door and is quick to respond via message. There were several small factors that prompted this 4 star rating: 1). The garage (which is a main entry point) had a strong foul smell that traveled to adjacent parts of the house in the heat. 2). The kitchen cabinets were unorganized to the point of clutter. Storage containers, plates, various cups, and utensils were plentiful, but were cluttered about in cabinets and drawers. 3). We found several loaves of moldy bread in cabinets along with a number of very expired dry items (i.e. oils, spices).

Perfect location for family and friends. This is our second year at the home. Easy for kids and adults to run to the Marketplace, fish in the pond and go to the beach. The house is beautiful with a deck and second floor balcony to relax with coffee or a drink at night. We loved our stay again this year!

This is the second year we have rented this fabulous home and can only say great things about this gorgeous home and its proximity to the market and the beach. The home has everything you need so all our family had to bring was our clothes and food. All the beach chairs, kids beach toys, etc are there for you to use. It has a lovely yard space and two great decks for family functions or coffee while staring at the sunrise over the ocean. Lastly, Paul Thurston from The Management company is excellent at his job. He is responsive, friendly and very accommodating. You couldn't ask for more from him or the property. Thank you!!!

Truly have to say one of the best properties I've ever stayed at through VRBO. Paul the property manager was attentive and easy to reach to answer questions for us. The house was well stocked with everything you could have needed including beach towels, chairs, a lobster pot, etc. The house is new and fresh and felt homey. Great location into to town or short walks to the beach or to the Popponesset. Would absolutely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The photos are accurate, and the house is in good shape. The kids (and parents) really liked the 2nd TV room with glass doors that served as a separate play room. The two kids bedrooms (each with a set of twin beds) are small and lack closet space. However, for a short vacation they're fine. Overall, we liked the property and would return.

This was a nice home in many respects, new construction, location. However, when renting a four bedroom home to accommodate eight family members the expectation should not be that four of those people would need to live out of their suitcases. Property manager has since updated the description since our stay to advise no closets. Again, be prepared to live out of suitcases in 2 rooms while paying $800+ per night. Also - Master BR does not have privacy window coverings - just sheers.

This is a fantastic home in a fantastic location. We recently rented for 2 weeks and found that the property was even better than expected. Easy walk to beach and to Market. All of the amenities you could want in this stunning new construction. I wish there were dressers or bureaus in the rooms since we lived out of our suitcases for 2 weeks. It would not deter us. We are going to rent again next year. Paul, the agent, was also fantastic. He responded timely and was a pleasure. Thank you for a wonderful experience.
