The house was really clean and it had everything we needed. The rooms and bathroom were spacious in general. The kitchen works well and it had everything we needed. The living space is comfy and it has a smart TV and wifi working well. You can park inside the property.
The heating wasn't on when we came in, so it took some hours until we manage to warm up the house as it was 0 degrees outside.

No hooks to hang outdoor clothes, no hooks or shelving in the bathroom.
We did not have the heating on at all but the timers on the bedroom heaters were set to the wrong times. I corrected them before leaving.
Fron guttering at corner of house broken and gushing water on to the path.
No baking tray.

The home itself is located in a quite location and the vuew is great from the garden too. The host Beverley is an absolute gem couldn't help enough and provided all the info and more prior and during my arrival too. The home itslef is very clean and has a nice boutique feel quite lot of attention to detail has gone into the decor. I would highly recommend and will be staying there myself.
There could be 2 little changes made but nothing major.
1. A hook behind the bathroom door to hand a towel would be great.
2. The hot water supply is too hot not sure if there is an option to change the temperature. The hot water tap once switched on in the bathroom starts off great but quickly turns into scolding hot.

Great little place, very well equipped and quiet and close to the centre of Wick with off-street parking. But beware, the fridge and freezer were TINY. We had stocked up with groceries for a few days and it was very tricky fitting the cold stuff in.
A towel rail in the bathroom would have been good - there was nowhere to hang our towels to dry. Plus the towels were really quite scratchy. The tiny fridge.

very comfortable and spacious. great for a family because you can put the kids to bed in a separate room. the manager is super informative and responsive. good location to spring to everything in NE Scotland. absolute recommendation from our family!

If you are doing the NC500 this little house is a perfect overnight stop, directly located just off the high street in Wick it was clean, tidy and modern with driveway parking. It was almost like a home away from home with all the amenities required and with two spacious bedrooms it is perfect for any family or couples.

The host was very flexible, we asked to check in early and there were no issues. Very accommodating and easy to contact. House was spotless, very comfy beds, warm and relaxing. House was easy to find and had private driveway to park on. Excellent value for money.

The property is great as is however if we were to make a suggestion (albeit not essential items) would be some coat hooks in the hall and towel rail and hooks for hanging clothes and towels in the bathroom.

Interior of house was clean and modern.
First impressions were satellite dish rotten, broken and hanging off the wall a health and safety accident waiting to happen. Toilet cistern seal gone and was running continuously throughout the night, showerhead in bathroom was all festered up and not working right and there was nowhere in the bathroom to hang towels, dressing gown, soap etc

Towels were still damp when we arrived. And fridge shelves were mostly broken . But that is being very picky. All in all I can't fault the place.

The house is in a quiet residential area with a little garden and a view of the harbour can be glimpsed between other houses. The house is well equipped for a short stay. Communication with the owners was straight forward.

The house was very clean and all the fixtures and fittings are top quality. Everything about the property was top rate from the comfort of the bed to the huge walk in shower. Loved it, just wish I was staying more than the one night.

Comfortable, neat, simple, good facilities, well presented. Good location. Some basic provisions in cupboards such as pasta and sauces. Nice touch.
Bathroom could have done with a towel holder and also the shower could have done with an anti slip floor mat.
The hot water ran out quickly after 2 short showers and would question if it could cope with 3-4 people showering.
