We were in for the weekend and enjoyed being close to downtown. The property is roomy and comfortable. Great bath towels too!!!

Great place and nice neighborhood

The process went smoothly. If you read directions carefully, parking is easy. We also enjoyed the street car and local restaurants.

The apartment is very comfortable and roomy for two people. The bath and kitchen renovations are very up to date for a 100 year old building. It was nice having cover and secure parking since we brought our bicycles.

It was absolutely wonderful, and we will be staying there again!

This was an outstanding stay. It has everything described and was local to everything I wanted access to. A lot happening culturally during my stay with regard to arts interest, so that added to the attraction of this apartment. I would say my only disappointment was my view of the roof top instead of the street below. However, I didn't spend much time watching this area from the window and was constantly out and about, so it was fine.

We came to see our daughter perform with the Oklahoma City Ballet. This property is convenient to her apt and the Civic Center.

Centrally located property with highly rated restaurants and bars (including a brewery) located within easy walking distance. The property is well maintained and clean. The space in the one bedroom apartment exceeded our expectations. Check-in was hassle-free with timely and easy to understand instructions. Would stay again if in the Oklahoma City area!

On a recent visit to OKC, our family occupied two apts in this location. This apt was perfect for my brother to use. It was well equipped with toiletries and kitchen items. The decor was fun to look at and reminisce about past recording artists. We enjoyed the stay!

Great location and condo. Building character look like the 1920's but with modern style of an interior decorator. Special for our 48th anniversary. We enjoyed our stay!

The apartment is quiet and convenient to everything in the central OKC area. It provided a sanctuary to relax in after busy days. Everything was clean and comfortable. Covered parking is a huge bonus. The owner was very responsive to my needs. I could not have chosen a nicer place to stay!

LOVED this 1 bedroom apartment. Great location, restaurants and some shopping in walking distance, beautiful, quiet area and safe!! We stay in condos when travelling instead of hotels more room for the same price plus kitchen, laundry and a large bedrooms. This felt like home away from home. Waffle Champion and several other eateries within walking distance. Cheevers 5 min drive away - two well ranked places on Trip Advisor. Pros: Great location - near downtown but quiet Nicely appointed apartment. Warm with modern amenities. Large bedroom and walk in closet Large living room with plenty of seating Good kitchen space and modern appliances Washer/steam dryer in kitchen - great for small loads Well stocked kitchen- including all of the nice touches you appreciate such as detergent, spray n wash, cleaners, hand soap, dish washing pods and dish soap, napkins, paper towels, trash bags condiments, salt and pepper, spices,oil - olive and regular, coffee pods for Keurig + regular coffee and filters - all of the extra little things you usually have bring or buy. Bathroom in great shape - also stocked with toiletries including shampoo, body wash, face cleaner, hair spray, baby powder, hand soap, cleaners, etc. 1 Covered and gated parking space with remote 3 Free washers and dryers and supplies in main building Cons: -none of these would stop me from renting again! Wish there were ceiling fans in the bedroom and living areas Better dining area - there is a large table, but it’s being used like desk with a small set near it King size bed - bedroom is big enough for it! Tub - this apartment had only a shower - it was nice but a nice soak after a long day would have been awesome.
