Le moment où vous entrez dans la maison vous sera enlevé avec de belles vues de Newfound lac et les montagnes environnantes. Le salon principal dispose concept ouvert. La chambre laissant Superficie prélasser, avec une télévision à écran plat et inclinable en cuir ainsi que de superbes vues panoramiques sur le lac. En fait il ya des vues sur le lac depuis chaque chambre. Salle à manger a une grande table à manger avec des chaises pour 6. La cuisine a également grande péninsule avec 4 tabourets de bar. Tous les ustensiles et la vaisselle sont neufs.
Profitez de café du matin sur le pont privé et un verre le soir dans la véranda projeté. Jetez quelques hamburgers sur barbecue Weber sur la petite terrasse en face du lac. Our stay was wonderful! We’ve spent the past 9 years staying in the Newfound Lake area for the week between Christmas and New Years skiing and visiting with friends that live in the area. The unit was exactly as advertised, clean, spacious, comfortable and well stocked with bedding, linens and kitchen dishware and cooking equipment. The owners were responsive and easy to get in touch with when needed. We definitely recommend and hope to stay there again. The Jaquith Family.

We had a fantastic stay at this lovely condo. There was nothing we needed. We had one issue come up, and Vasiliy was immediately responsive and helpful. The condo was spotless with plenty of towels and blankets, spices in the kitchen, and stunning views to enjoy from each floor. We spent the week hiking and found the location convenient to explore the Lakes region and the White Mountains. There were restaurants and groceries nearby, so we had privacy and a quiet spot on the lake, but amenities close at hand. It was a wonderful week!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this wonderful condo on Newfound Lake! The condo is very nice, modern and so clean and so comfortable. The master bed was also sooo comfy! Every room has a lake view and what a beautiful view it was! The condo had everything we could possible need and the neighbors were very friendly! We hope to come back again someday! Thank you Vasiliy and Yuliya for a great stay!

This is a very well appointed condo with every detail thought of. There are extra towels, linens, beach towels, pillows, and many kitchen implements, glasses and plates. The bed upstairs is in very good condition and comfortable. We didn’t use the other bedrooms, but they look very nice. The lake is quiet and peaceful with two great beaches a 5 minute walk away. We saw eagles and loons. Thanks to the owners for sharing this wonderful property.

We couldn’t have been happier with our stay on Newfound Lake. The townhouse was perfectly clean, updated and had everything you could possibly need- sheets, bath towels, beach towels, kitchen supplies and more. When I said we’d be traveling with a one year old, the owners set up a crib with outlet covers near the crib, had a highchair ready to go in the kitchen, and even had baby gates ready for us at the stairs. We’ve never had such a seamless stay. The beach was perfect as well and we hope to come back again!

Newfound Lake is a pretty big lake with really clear, clean water. Because of the lake's size, you can see gorgeous views across the lake, including Big Sugarloaf Mountain and many other peaks fading into the blue sky. When the wind picks up, you can see some small whitecaps on the water, but the sandy beaches are well sheltered by a bend in the shoreline and a couple of jettys. The beaches have a mild slope, making them great for wading with kids, swimming, or building sand castles. We rented the paddle boards and tooled all around the area. The kids swam every day, even though air temperatures were in the 70s. I brought a half wetsuit so I could more comfortably join them.
We had some fantastic side trips including a visit to the Newfound Audobon Center with a really great nature center and a few miles of trails near the water, a trip to Concord for the McAuliffe-Shepherd science center (with planetarium), and even a 1 hour 15 minute drive to the Mt Washington cog train - a really memorable treat! There are some great adult-paced hikes at the Hebron Town Forest (access to Bald Knob and Mt. Crosby with views of Newfound Lake), and at the entrance to Little and Big Sugarloaf (parking across from Wellington State Park)
Everyone we saw around the rest of the condos was super friendly. The condo unit was up to date and in great condition and stocked with everything we needed: books for all ages, toys, games, TVs with streaming subscriptions, and a baker's kitchen.

So many elements of this property should be a driving factor to rent for your next planned vacation. To name just a few (views, bedding, kitchen, beach and not just a deck but also a screened in porch) The Host was amazing to work with. I can’t thank them enough to allow us access to their beautiful home.

The home clearly shows the pride the homeowner takes in their home and guest experiences. We greatly loved the updated and modern necessities that many lake homes don’t always offer. The layout of the home is superb, especially for multi-generation families. Each room had their own air split, well spaced out bathrooms and TV’s. The mattresses and pillows were excellent! The homeowners clearly communicate about how to best care for their home and all the amenities left us feeling like we were living in luxury. We look forward to booking again and becoming regular customers for years to come.

The property is wonderful! More than just the condo, the vacation experience is shaped by the gorgeous, deep clear waters of Newfound Lake, the well-kept grounds, the accessible beaches, and the various water toys.
Everything we needed was provided - linen (even the laundry hampers and soap) and dishes and cookware (even the dish soap, wraps, and cooking basics - oil, sugar, flour) - which allowed us to 'hit the ground running'. The unit was recently renovated and in excellent condition. Thoughtful touches - plenty of beach towels, toys and games - made it a fun and friendly place.
The location is near great attractions: restaurants, parks, trails - major grocery convenient. This was a family reunion and we will definitely return!

This is my second stay at this property and it is perfection. The view and layout are amazing. The house is well stocked, great furniture and TVs everywhere so you can spread out. I highly recommend this property on Newfound Lake.

The views from each room over the lake were spectacular, more beautiful than we could have imagined. Since we like cooking together, we really appreciated the well-designed and well-stocked kitchen. It was fun to sit on the deck before dinner, sipping wine, looking off over the lake, and enjoying the colorful fall foliage and the wildlife.
The area abounds in hiking trails for all ability levels. And the lake allows for tranquil kayaking, even in October. We drove to several points of interest, including the mill town of Meredith.
We found the host very responsive to our requests or questions.

We had a wonderful time staying at this property. The townhouse is spacious, very clean and you can not beat the views of the lake. We stayed with my parents and adult children and there was something for everyone to do. We would definitely stay here again.

The photos don't do a justice. The views are incredible, the property is clean and updated, and the neighbors are very nice. My family and I had a great time staying at this property and cannot come up with a single negative thing to say about our stay. Not only is the property clean but they provided us with everything we needed and nothing we didn't need. The property had plenty of open storage for us to unpack and settle in as if it were our own home. There are two very nice beaches on the grounds that were perfect for young kids to play at. We have already booked our next stay and cannot wait to go back.

We enjoyed our winter getaway at this beautiful condo. The condo was beautifully furnished and had everything we needed. The condo is situated on the shore of Newfound Lake in one of the quieter bays. We are looking forward to returning!

Wonderful location on Newfound Lake. House was extremely clean. The Property had all the conveniences including a very modern and handsome kitchen. Bathrooms were excellent. We truly enjoyed our stay especially the sandy beaches.

We love this townhouse! Beautiful views amazing amenities! With the addition of AC and a new awning on the deck this house is everything you need in a family vacation. The beaches were great and the jumping dock was fun too! Cant wait to come back!

My family and I booked a Hobo rail foliage tour in Meredith NH and we wanted to stay in a place by the lake. This place exceeded all our expectations! It was truly a home away from home! We highly recommend this place and look forward to staying here again in the future!

This is the most amazing property with great views of the Lake. The accommodation is very clean and the hosts have been very particular about making sure their guests are very comfortable. The location is quite central for many side visits we took to enjoy the fall season in NH. Our thanks for a most wonderful experience.

This property was the perfect setting for a weekend stay for nearby wedding. Immaculate and nicely decorated, we had everything we could possibly need for our stay. The views were beautiful. Our only regret was that we weren’t there in warmer weather so that we could enjoy the lovely beach and kayaks. We hope to return next summer to do just that!. The owners were very responsive and easy to contact. We would definitely stay again!
