Plates left on table and wine glasses left on table. What a waste. Nobody came to give new batteries for remote. They were missing. Horrible that request was ignored.

Lots of space for a family of four with 2 adult kids. We liked the xtra special touches like the complimentary Oreos and other amenities. It is very helpful to get small samples of free dishwashing soap, washing powder etc when one comes for a short stay. conveniently close to a grocery store. Swimming pool and hot tub facilities were excellent. Will definitely recommend this apt. We complained about the bath plug that didn’t fit properly and they immediately fixed it.

The hot water temp could be a little warmer.

Location is the best! 10 min from almost everywhere.

I love how spacious it was, the location, everything in the apartment was really nice. Throw pillows on couch could use a washing. Will definitely book again.

one thing that I didn’t like, two showers were taken then the water was cold. just have to wait a few in between showers.

Great for big groups, unit was clean, kitchen fully equipped, spacious, TV had a great selection of shows on demand, having two big bathrooms is great, carpets were clean, free of odors, overall the entire unit was exactly as shown in pictures. Having a washing machine and dryer is a plus, and even though we did not use this it also had a stroller and feeding chair inside a closet which may be very useful for people traveling with small kids. Having access to the Resort pool and gym and close proximity to the clubhouse are great pluses. Parking is safe, grounds are always clean, and location is great (very close to shopping centers, nightlife, supermarket, theme parks, etc)

Internet connectivity was terrible, there is no way accommodations have this kind of issues in 2022. We had to contact the property manager multiple times - problem was solved once but then service was down again and never came back.. This was a major disruption for several family members who needed to be connected to check on their work often. Regarding the rooms, the queen and full beds are in need of a mattress upgrade, those were extremely soft and after a couple days got pretty uncomfortable to sleep in, also would recommend replacing the duvets as some are stained (we could tell they were clean/recently washed) but having stained covers gives a bad impression on customers.
