The location and the private beach. The building and facilities were great, grounds were well kept and pretty. Pool was clean. Very convenient outdoor showers and water hoses on the first floor. The apartment was good, comfortable with a lot of space. Even though it has not been renovated recently and it could use some paint, it has everything you need and we had a great time. It was clean and smelled fresh. We loved the spacious valcony and the view from the kitchen window. They had a bunch of beach towels and a closet full of beach stuff. Kitchen had everything, dishwasher was new. Overall it was very good and we would rent it again, we had a great time.
AC did not cool beedrooms very well but that did not prevent us from having a good sleep, beds were comfy

The location was second to none. Gorgeous Siesta Key beach!!!
Sudden changing temperature of the shower scaulded my daughter, didn't leave enough dish soap or bags, somewhat dirty, and definitely dated and drab, Pool was way too small and cloudy, dirty, recirculated/unfiltered pool water

The beach, close restaurants and other stores.
The condo needed a good cleaning on the shower tracks and the patio door tracks. Need to upgrade the king mattress. Also need to have toilet bowl cleaner available and lysol cleaner.

property best shape. condo was real nice. washer and dryer huge plus. kitchen had everything. I wish shower heads had a little more pressure. maybe take out shower head diffuser. it helps to get a quick fast shower with pressure. water pressure was great, shower head not

The location on the beach is fantastic. The pool is very nice. The grounds are clean and well kept.
The unit, T34 that we stayed in is very old and outdated. The sliding door off the living room has a broken missing lock. They use a board in the door track as a way to keep the door closed. The beds/mattresses are old stained and uncomfortable. The pillows are stained. The kitchen is well stocked, but some of the kitchen utensils & pans need to be replaced. Some molding in shower that they probably cannot clean. Overall probably clean, but felt dirty.

Jamaica Royale has become our favorite location after several SK visits over the years. We have booked for next year already in tower 2.
Last week's accommodations in T34 was very disappointing with the below points that we feel should be addressed:
Upon arrival there were dirty dishes in the dishwasher.
The top of the fridge was filthy.
The patio rug and floor were dirty, doors didn't lock, screens fall off track.
The toiled seats were chipped from where the nubs on the seat tops land, very old
Several splintered doors throughout.
A couple of Kitchen drawers need repair.
Guest shower head was filthy and needed replaced.
Curtain and liner needed replaced,
Bathroom fans need cleaned.
Egg crate on the master bed?
Mold, dirt in corners in bathrooms
The entire unit needs updating - painting, chipped, worn or water damaged entertainment center, stained living room furniture. The entire unit has a '70s feel.
We were notified on Thursday 3/17 that some work would be performed in the unit between 930 and 330 on the next day. The text said it didn't matter if we were present or not.
The very nice repairman actually entered the unit without knocking Friday morning! Scared the crap out of my wife. He apologized of course but the communication there needs help. He worked on a couple of items above. But with maybe 2-3 hours work tops, why is this not scheduled between 10 and 4 on Saturdays since late check outs and early check ins don't seem to be ever offered? Why wasn't this work done before our arrival on 3/12?
We have booked for 2 weeks in unit 302 for next year and hoping for a much better living experience, it appears to be updated more recently than T34.

The baby powder feel of the sand.
The construction noise..necessary for summer rentals I suppose…The instructions I was sent to get in my room were misleading. Trying to talk to someone about helping me on Sunday should not be as hard as it was.

Instructions for keys were wrong. Instructions said there was a lockbox but there wasn’t one. No WiFi all week. Rental manager told us someone was coming every day for the first 3 days but then changed his story and said he was at the mercy of the cable company. We called Frontier cable company and they said they had to speak to the owner. Very unsatisfied there was no TV and cable all week. Would not rent or recommend from this owner again.
