Location was perfect. Had breakfast at our favorite local restaurant.

The parking lot could’ve used a plowing especially the parking spots.

Amanda at Check-In was efficient, friendly, professional, and thorough. Flo went out of her way to ensure that we enjoyed the breakfasts.

The background music in the entryway, check-in, and breakfast areas was a bit too loud.

Staff was great. Amanda was helpful. Our first room was very nice however there was people in a room near by that were smoking an unbelievable amount of weed and it basically took over the entire floor. We had not been in the room 5 min and just could not handle the smell. I asked if we could be moved and within 2 min she had us a new room on a different floor. This was great. Again the room was nice and clean. She did mention she was going to investigate the smell since it was a no smoking hotel. There were a bunch of signs as well. Overall no big deal but they were very helpful!

The breakfast was good although two out of the three days I stayed there was no creamer for the coffee. No big deal but I was disappointed.

The facility looked relatively new and had good style. Some of the communal areas were clean, others were not. It was located close to the highway and had lots of restaurants and stuff around it.

The floors were filthy. My toddler’s feet were legitimately black from walking around on the carpet in our hotel room. There was also hair on the bathroom floor and in the bathroom sink upon our check in. The hot breakfast was mediocre at best - they were out of several things and the pancake maker was broken.

Overwhelming plastics containers, wraps, even cutlery and plates, on breakfast in any thinkable way, Coffee and breakfast offering wasn't good. Side elements in room falling apart.

I gave the staff a good rating bc of Ms. Flo! She helped us every morning at breakfast with a smile. She was looking forward to seeing us and was very accommodating.

The front desk was not satisfying. When we arrived the lady couldn’t find our reservation and told us it was bc I’d used Booking to reserve my stay. When she found it, she sent us to room that was in the middle of being cleaned-2 hours after our confirmed check in time. Then despite telling us the she was fully booked, she gave us another room that had been cleaned. It wasn’t cleaned any of the days during our stay and when I had to call for some towels the same front desk person complained that there were a lot of rooms that needed cleaning.

Breakfast was very good. Beds comfortable. Quiet.

Location is good

People were running and shouting in halls and on the stairs close to our room until 2:30 in the morning. When we complained the next day, the person at the desk said he wasn’t on duty and that they weren’t his kids making the noise. No apology

The location

I am a single older woman and assigned a 1st floor accessible room. The shade was broken so headlights from the parking lot all night. Extremely noisy upstairs and no one manning the front desk to complain. The hotel was not full so should have been assigned another room. Coffee machine was broken in the lobby and bugs coming up the drain in the handicapped bathroom

Staff was friendly. Breakfast was better than expected. Bed was comfy. Room was big. Location was great. Check in and check out were easy.

Shower drained too slowly. Exhaust fan and 1 light in bathroom didn't work. (Left a note so housekeeping could check it out) Pool was small and cloudy. Breakfast attendant was asked by a few guests to refill the juice dispenser and she said she would but there was no juice both days.

I don’t care for the liquid soap!

It was attractive from the outside.

There were only two bath towels in my room, no wash cloths or hand towels. I went to use the ice bucket, and there was garbage in it! It was obvious that the room hadn’t been cleaned before my arrival. Also, the breakfast area tables had food crumbs, etc. left on the tables. They obviously were not being cleaned as people finished their breakfasts. I would not choose this hotel in the future!
