Great location and garden area.

The place has everything you need...it is very clean. We loved it.

They should change the strict check in and check out time, make it more flexible and also the deposit system is not fair. After 24 hours that we leave the place, they will initiate the transaction to give our money back for the deposit. Also, please note that this a good location if you have rented a car, if not, I don't know how you can reach this place.

This was an awesome stay, the staff was very hospitable and very helpful. The facilities were well kept and the environment was very relaxing and safe also it is located just the right place not too far from anything that you would find appealing for your trip.

An adjustment that could've been made to make our stay more pleasurable would be if we were able to watch Netflix on the television offered in addition to the cable service provided.

Their flexibility and willingness to assist with various last minute request. Pleasant and professional staff.

I don't recommend because this is June of 2023 and they still have strict Covid restrictions. Meaning that if you aren't a checked guest you can't come on the property AT ALL. I have family and friends who might drop me off and they couldn't even stop for a drink. And even for me access to the property after midnight I had to give notice. It's a nice place but too many restrictions.

The staff were really pleasant, helpful and the place was extremely clean. The receptionist was very helpful, getting all our needs. The place is very quiet.

The only thing that was missing was a restaurant on site. Or a breakfast bar.

Breakfast was good. You have to tell the staff if you're going to be there, but that's fine. I don't want food going to waste. The pool is nice, and providing beach towels is great. We were afforded the opportunity to check in early, which I greatly appreciated. I also appreciated that I was allowed to do laundry. That made unpacking at home much nicer!

We had a cab bringing our stuff (two big suitcases and massive Carnival costumes) and the staff didn't want to open the gate for the cab to pull in. It would've been extremely difficult to get the luggage etc through the walk-through gate.

I enjoyed everything about the hotel.

Room was very clean and comfortable. The facilities in the room were first class. The whole complex was well maintained and clean.

Security onto and in the areas was good and well lit but I could not see the use or reason to have gates in and out of the pool area to they made no sense, especially if you were having to carry suitcases or shopping. Not being able to have a beer whilst sat around the pool area was a poor idea.

Perfect, couldn't have asked for anything more. Incredibly secure so valuables are safe and the room was great, had everything I needed. Swimming pool is excellent and the gardens inside the compound are picturesque and relaxing. Ideal location just minutes from a shopping plaza and a short walk from POS city centre. Delicious breakfast too and very helpful & accommodating staff. Note that they require a US$150 security deposit (which is refunded after check-out) which may require a credit card.

The room was as an ordinary hotel room of a 4* hotel. Pool area and small garden OK. Safe and secure area with gates, (number) lock to enter, etc.

Kiskadee has the negative behaviour to bombard you with messages on your whatsapp. It starts immediately after your booking through booking.com: A message telling you that the just booked (and paid for!) accommodation is not confirmed. within 1 hour you are requested to send your passport details etc. if not, no booking ! Of course I am not always looking at my messages during the day.....so the 'confirmed booking' through booking.com (although paid!) is not so confirmed as it seems...... Than they need your agreement with 120 US $ security deposit which is refundable of course in case of no damage, no stains on the linnen, etc. etc. , etc. etc. And in the meanwhile they keep sending more messages about what is not allowed in the property and that you have to pay additional when you do something 'wrong'. They seem to want to cover their ass for the fully 200 % ...all together it feels very un-welcome and certainly not 'client friendly'. even when you reply NOT to send messages to your whatsapp, they continue sending. Probably these are automated messages...but annoying. and not three or four lines, no whole stories of what is not allowed in the property. When arriving at the gate, they do not open the gate to welcome you (instead they tell you to carry your luggage to the reception area). You need to show the creditcard with which the booking has been made; even if the booking is paid for by someone else! Hee Kiskadee folks: Once my accommodation has been paid for, you should be happy and relaxed. No more questions. Kiskadee is a good place to stay for work, but do not expect any Trini hospitality.

I did not have breakfast. I was given two complimentary tea bags with sugar and requested two more with sugar and was informed that I they have to price them. When I said not to bother, I was given more than I had initially requested for free.

House cleaning came two times in the 10 days that I was there. The bathroom rug had an ordor.

The location, room was well set up and clean. The facility was well maintained, the pool was clean.

The lack of flexibility with the check in and check out times. There is a small waiting area that can be used by guests who arrive a bit early or need to wait after check out for transportation.

The compound has a nice aesthetic and the receptionist was pleasant.

There were many rules especially as it applied to checkout, namely having to take the garbage to and outside bin when leaving and the 20 minutes time span that they leave the gate open to check out. The closing of the 2nd gate at certain and having to ask for permission to come onto the compound is not accommodating. It was not a nice experience to have to wait on the streets since my taxi was late and the gate was only programmed to stay open for a certain time before closing permanently. The walls are also very thin so I heard my neighbors snoring during the night as well as the sounds of the staff talking loudly during the day.
