I am delighted with the quality of service, cleanliness, the abundance of facilities in the room, and the comfort it provides. Particularly, all the staff members are the nicest and most helpful individuals I have ever encountered anywhere. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to everyone. It is worth every penny.

The location was not walking distance to the downtown area but transportation is available. We had somewhat to a difficult time getting transportation one occasion but it worked out in the end. There are private cars that are used by locals to take you to the hotel. The breakfast prepared each morning was a variety of Trinidadian dishes, pancakes, bagel, eggs etc, so there was no need to complain about lack of food.

Can't say anything bad - the staff was always willing to assist.

The staff at the hotel are out standing, nothing is too much trouble for them and they cant do enough for you. Great staff make a fantastic experience

Parking, i had to be searching for a parking spot. Some persons, park and go Movietowne. The security do not seem to care!! I also had to wait for a room over 7 hours, even though I requested and was assured of an early check in for me and my family. The bacon was very oily.

The breakfast on Saturday 17th June was decent. The melogene choka, potatatos and poppy seed muffin were great! The pancake and waffle needed a bit more sugar. Their taste was bland.

I also felt as if breakfast should have been included in the hotel accommodation and not have to be paid for separately. With rooms facing the car park, it was not convenient to open the curtains to let in the natural sun light. As such, even in day time, the electric lights still had to be used.

Nice breakfast and the staff is very kind. Also, the location is a plus!

From check in to check out my experience was great. I took my daughter and two of her cousins there for my daughter's birthday. They loved the pool,breakfast and how easy it was to walk to Movietowne. We will definitely be back!

Breakfast was excellent, they have different menus everyday. Staff were very friendly & polite. Every staff I had met at the hotel were very nice . Hotel location is perfect. There are a lot of small shops & restaurants at a walking distance & even a movie theatre.

The staff were friendly and courteous. They were always willing to provide assistance when needed. There is a mall next door with a variety of stores, restaurants and cinemas.
