Though May be true we were forced to book one extra room for our kid as the checkin with kid was now allowed.
Obviously we had confirmed the same before arriving at property, still, on check desk itself we had to book one extra room so that we could stay.
Hot Water supply in shower was shut at 10 am !!
I am shocked tbh.

Parigi è già di per se magica, ma alloggiare in uno splendido hotel con una camera vista torre Eiffel rende la vacanza perfetta. Struttura in posizione comodissima, palazzo in perfetto stile parigino, ne troppo grande ne troppo piccolo. Avevamo una bellissima camera ma il giorno dopo abbiamo chiesto di avere una camera vista torre eiffel e siamo stati accontentati. Staff gentilissimo. Ottima colazione. Tutto perfetto
Nulla, forse la zona bar un po' piccolina ma sempre gradevole.

Superb location, good interior design overall, spacious bedroom
Only one—small and slow—lift, shared with the staff, so you'd better not be in a hurry. Also, the hotel's cleanliness is not at the 5* standards.

Location and staff
Breakfast cannot be rated as 1. and no Air-condition in the room. They couldn’t fix it and they had no availability to change rooms.

Terrible hotel where they steal!!! A large amount of money was stolen from my safe (!!!!) , the staff did not want to help, apparently they all work harmoniously and theft is normal in this hotel - based on the comments and my experience! Avoid this hotel! THieves staff!

Bed is super comfy, Room is well designed, clean and well maintained.
The elevator is very slow. I was on the 5th floor, waited quite a lot.
The swimming pool and spa were not active during the last 2 days of my trip.

Had a fight about what a Caesar Salad is. They served chopped soggy iceberg with mini chicken nuggets. It was gross & they had a fit when I complained,

the spa and the staff inside the spa, i would like to inform you i didn’t no how to use the phone inside the room till one of the staff and show me how it’s work you have to improve your facilities.

The staff the place the service exceeded my expectations this is a hidden gem with the most inspirational look the rooms are being decorated in a very special style the food the restaurant no words to describe this place and their quality. I have not seen in a long time such an amazing and friendly customer service where nothing is impossible. A big thank you to the staff.

The hotel itself is beautiful
Our room was so hot! The thermostat was broken and the staff member just came up and looked at it and said yes, it doesn’t work then left. We had to open the windows, but we were on the corner of a busy street so it was very loud. Also there was a coffee maker with no pods or coffee, our friends stayed in another room on the fourth floor, and they had a larger room, working thermostat, coffee pods, chocolates, etc. etc. It was disappointing. Our friends booked through the hotel directly and we used Booking.com so I couldn’t help but wonder if we paid more but got lesser service and perks because of this.
