The property was clean and spacious
No AC is provided at the property which makes the stay very uncomfortable during the hot summer weather. Otherwise, the fans might sufficient to cool things off.

Our host, Guido was so welcoming. He met us in person, showed us around in the apartment, helped us find a parking spot and all of his restaurant recommendations were awesome. He also was a super guide helped us plan our next stops of our Italy roadtrip.
We were there during heatwave and air conditioning was missing. Although rooms have ceiling vents (super helpful) we opened the windows during the night to get slightly cooler air and outside was super loud. Air conditioner would have helped in that respect keeping the windows closed and blocking the noise.

Very nice apartment in a centuries old building! The apartment has a modern look and feel ( I’m guessing recently renovated!) with great amenities, well equipped kitchen, good wifi, 2 bathrooms and so much more.
It could be loud till around midnight because of the nearby restaurants so if u plan to go to sleep “early” then better buy earplugs.

The flat was exceptionally clean and it is situated in a very central location just minutes away from Piazza del Campo. The flat has great facilities with a fully equipped kitchen. The hosts were very friendly and welcomed us warmly.

This was my first trip to Siena) and immediately love at first sight...
The apartment was chic, spacious, bright. Great location...a few steps from the city center, a lot of bars and restaurants,and there is also a parking lot nearby, in case you arrived by car.Special thanks to the owner, he is the best)

Yesterday night i slept in Siena, and i have to say, that it was the most great thing 🤩of my holiday in italy, this apartment was definetely amazing - soo beautiful and lovely, very practical and close to the city.
And the top was the communication with Eva & Guido, they are so friendly, so helpful, so professional 😉👍🏼 really perfect!
