The staff were very helpful and pleasant. The breakfast was good. The location is great.

The air conditioning was completely inefficient. Not sure if it was broken or just hadn't been run for a while, but it was inadequate and we had an uncomfortably hot night's sleep. (We got into the room late and needed to sleep, so didn't have time to call for an engineer.)

To get to the hotel you need to face around 20 stairs. There is no ramp for strollers or wheelchairs. Impossible for disabled people and very inconvenient for parents with babies. Hotel should inform about it in description. Breakfast was average. Only sweet meals like cereals, croissants and cakes. They call it "Italian breakfast", but in my opinion is just cutting the costs :)

the breakfast was quite basic. No bar open at the hotel.

We found hair in the shower cabin and more disgusting when I opened the thowel after de shower I found 3-4 long hairs in the towel, this is not ok at all. We had highly expectation because is a hotel in the center of Siena. And at the breakfast was only sweet treats, nothing like ham or sandwich. For the hair I found on the towel I wil give 1 star, because is disgusting to see the hair of the other guests, even more disappointing was when I told that at the reception, he only sad “no problem, no problem” and I sad, for you is a no problem but for us is a problem and after he sad "thats not ok". Not even sorry or a disount or something else. Sorry not sorry.

Had higher expectations of the rooms because of the pictures. Also breakfast staff were not so friendly. When breakfast was supposed to start they were also not ready to serve breakfast yet, which was a shame because of lots of people want to get out early for their walks or their travels. Overall, just better off getting a croissant at a local cafe.

The front desk staff was helpful. The towels were changed daily. The bed was made up daily. If you have a view, it can be spectacular. You will see the Duomo from your bedroom, if you’re on that side of the property.

The sound of the bells ringing at 7:30 AM in the morning and 1030 at night is pretty intense. The dear maids Took my pizza box out of my room with food still in it, that I had planned to eat. With the door hanger on the outside door, the maids still came in. The Terrazzo floors cause every sound to be amplified. The sound of somebody unlocking their door, far away, and you doing the same is really loud. You will hear every conversation in the hallway and people talking on the phone into each other on their balconies near you. Bring earplugs.
