The location and service was excellent. We had a corner room overlooking the Mediterranean and castle.

We could hear loud music from the beach club from our room.

The king suite was spacious, and we enjoyed having a private rooftop terrace attached to the room. The included breakfast was a nice added touch.

Bedding and bathrooms are pretty standard, nothing fancy.

It reeked of air freshener. Like the whole hotel had been dunked in frutti-tutti vape fluid. I couldn't sleep it was so strong. We checked out asap. The full water view is half city.The chair on the "balcony" takes up the entire space.

It was noisy at night but as it was the weekend it was understandable. Room was basic and smaller than we expected.

No elevator. had to walk up with heavy luggage. noisy. over a busy bar. music and loud patrons until late at night. minimal plug ins. One long pillow on bed. toilet too close to shower. breakfast was totally inadequate. coffee machine broken and no eggs.

The coffee machine was hopeless, too slow and only lukewarm water and no tea!!

Excellent location and view. No elevator. Nobody helps with luggage. We asked for chairs to put our luggage on and we got them the second day, after insisting a few times.

Hotel Muva Beach is THE BEST! The location was amazing, on the beach and right on the city walls. You can literally walk to everything you would want to visit. And despite what other reviews have said, you can park pretty close for a reasonable price. We parked by the marina (.2 away for about 8 euros a day). If arriving on a weekend, I recommend parking before 6 though. It looks like it gets pretty crowded. The beach is amazing. The water is calm, and there are beach rentals like chairs with umbrellas (we paid £9 each for the day), paddle boards, and slides on paddle boats (!?!) for really reasonable prices within a very short walk. The room was larger and more well-appointed than expected, and you can’t beat free breakfast overlooking the water. You should book here if staying in Peñíscola.

Beach Bar (right below the hotel and same owner) play very loud music till 2 am. The bass frequencies resonated throughout the building.After complaining the next night, the music was less loud...that type of music is not what you expect at a chill beach bar. Management should also invest in a better coffee machine. Breakfast without great coffee is not a great way to start the day...

Amazing location by the sea. Fantastic views. Nice beach bar on ground floor. Reasonable breakfast.

Sadly, poor sound proofing meant that we could hear the music from the beach bar all night until the early hours of the morning. Not a great night sleep.

This is an exceptional boutique hotel. Its location is first class and the restaurant is brilliant. Can't emphasis how much we enjoyed it.

Parking is the only problem as it is in the old town so you have to park in an underground car park nearby which comes in at €29 a day. Suitcases would be a struggle.
