Невозможность открыть окно и подышать кислородом! Ни на одно моё сообщение не было дано ответа до поездки о времени моего прибытия, а коды от входных дверей были поданы мне через СМС только после нескольких звонков под закрытыми дверями отеля.

Everything was OK

Room not in accordance with the offer and price. Reality was different from the offer, the room with a double bed turned out to be a single bed with an extra bed. The apartment was dirty.

It was +- close to city centre

We waited for an owner outside for hour and a half, because he didn’t answer the messages. The only option was to have a Polish number to call him and he always postponed his arrival to give us the keys. It was freezing outside! Also he told that he tried to call me by my Ukr number (which was obviously impossible), so he gave up and didn’t bother to check the messages. The apartment itself was dirty, the plates were broken and all the dishes were not clean. The toilet button was broken, the WI-FI wasn’t working at all, towels were covered in some yellow stains, probably washed badly.

There is no reception, and we had to wait until the moment they come. The quality of water is bad, and because of that we had an allergy. The price of the place is very expensive, and for sure it shouldn’t cost that much
