I was very happy with the location of the hotel right in the middle of Andorra la Vella. Shops and restaurants were within walking distance. Staff were very friendly and helpful and helped me out with my questions on sightseeing and shopping. I also spent an hour at the spa as part of my package and enjoyed the facilities.

It was 30 Euros parking per night for my rental car. Staff were very kind to assist me with parking the car and also driving it up when I went out for excursions. It was quite challenging to find the hotel on the first day due to the one way streets. Note that there wasn't much wifi available even though we had roaming packages.

An outstanding hotel right in the centre of Andorra la Vella. Loved the room, the spa, and the excellent staff service.

We liked everything.

Location is excellent as is the, expensive, underground parking facility. The room and bathroom were both spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The view from the room was also good but this will change when the building under construction next door is completed. Staff are very friendly and willing but also see answer below.

The interior of the hotel is very nice and attractive but in the three nights we were there we saw very few other guests and some of the staff multi tasked giving the impression that money is tight. The dining room operates limited hours, which was not clear to us when we booked, the in room safe information was out of date and the laundry service is not done in house either. Staff are very pleasant but not all of them seem well trained.

Central location, parking at hotel restricted to 2 meters high. I had a roof box so no good. But there is paid parking next to hotel and the same price. So no problem.

Room floor had not been cleaned properly and 2 of the pillow cases had hairs on them . So looks like not changed. I called reception and housekeeping came and hovered and changed pillow cases. This was at 9pm so inconvenient. No apology from anyone. At the price we paid I would expect better.

Some of the staff were not very responsive nor helpful to us. we had to raise several issues to the General Manager, who was exceptional.

Everything was great, helpful and polite staff, superb location, big parking, wonderful atmosphere.

The room was not that big as it should be at 5*, the parking is not for free, sheets not changed everyday, one elevator was always off for “Maintanence”. Also I don’t recommend their Italian restaurant for special occasions as our Christmas dinner was not what we expected and paid 115€ pp at all. Food was best to say mediocre but suggested ad and served in Michelin style. The lonely play by bass violin artist didn’t compensate for it and at least should have been accompanied with some other instrument. To sum up all the aforesaid, overall stay should have been less expensive and the special event at the restaurant worked through before selling it for such price.

One of the best hotel rooms we have ever stayed in. The room was large, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was terrific. Very clean and up-to-date. The staff was ultra-professional and very helpful. The spa and gym are first class.

Nice hotel, nice restaurant, pretty good gym for a hotel, easily located for the train station and city center.

There is construction going on outside so the view is mostly a construction lot. I didn't find any nice outdoor space attached to the hotel.
