Room size is correct. It was clean and bed was ok. Gaming room is perfect to gather with friend. Breakfast is perfect to gather energy to go skiing!

Great location, balcony, secure lockup for bikes, good and varied breakfast, car parking, comfortable beds, reasonable sized room. Its everything you want

You get some traffic noise but the shutters keep a lot of that down

It said on booking that breakfast and parking are included, which was not the case. Both had to be paid extra.

Very good breakfast. We opted for half pension and I'm really glad we did. Dinner was a buffet with lots of options.

The breakfast was good

Car parking was less than acceptable. Unfortunately cars over the last 20 years have doubled in size and Europe is not coping. Car spaces allocated are comical.

Facility bike friendly, very useful to get the bike room to keep the bikes for the weekend.

Nice hotel in La Massana, Andorra. Free access to local swimming pool which was great on a hot day. Pleasant, friendly, and helpful staff.

Exceptionally clean, front desk staff and restaurant staff super friendly and multi lingual. Breakfast was great, not rushed at all. Price of stay was really good too.

The pillows were very uncomfortable. Welll, 1 pillow with almost no suppirt and a thin, hard cushion to be exact Also, very thin curtains so the light came in at 5am. Why no blackout material which could also act as sound insulation. Windows double glazed but no problem hearing traffic throughout night and even conversations people were having outside.

Nice terrace with views

Breakfast was poor, room was smelly, bathroom was so old and bath tub really uncofrtable, the cleaning staff were loud waking people up , the whole building was run down-like, we even experienced some hours of no heating and no hot water.

The staff was very friendly and there were lockers to trust your ski gear. Despite the taste, the breakfast offered a lot of variety.

The breakfast was bland, the room was not cleaned properly. There were stains on the bed sheets that either weren't washed out or were from the previous guest. On the other hand, I kept finding hair on the bed that wasn't mine. The whole room reeked of mold as both the bedroom, behind the toilet and the exhaust duct had black mold. It was incredibly loud, since behind the hotel there was a street at the same level and a manhole cover wobbled with every passing car. The only view was of the street and a neighboring apartment. All in all, the hotel gave the impression, apart from the lobby and all other accessible rooms such as the dining room and bar, that it had been renovated for the last time in the 80s, apart from the cheap furniture.
