Kind staff, big apartment

This is not 4 stars, maximum 2. Old weird furniture, insects in apartment, almost broken door lock and card place, there are no toiletries, not even water in the room. Hard, uncomfortable mattresses and a shabby garden. air conditioners yellow from old age and a deposit for towels. Disgusting looking lunch food (breakfast was ok), and crawling cockroaches!

All meals were really good and hot and plenty of choice. Whilst the property isn’t smart, we love the atmosphere and the staff are lovely which is why we keep going back. The staff make the visit.

It was completely not up to 4 stars hotel. Breakfast without normal cup of coffee ( instead of it smth not tasty at all), without beach near the hotel, not even close enough. No restaurants in this area. View on a wall one meter away from our “balcony”

The location (far from good beaches, far from the city, grocery shops, restaurants) this place is too isolated. We would have appreciated more assistance of offering us trips, excursions, programs on the spot. The neighbourhood is quite noisy, everything can be heard in the room.

Breakfast was very good with a lot of options to choose from.

There was a strong smell of mold in the hotel apartment they gave us so we asked for another one but the smell was still there but not as strong.

Helpful and friendly staff. Nice large pool with plenty of activities but no pressure to have to join any. Food was of good quality as long as you were adventurous enough to not just have chicken nuggets and chips.

The bed was not very comfortable. The sun beds were also quite uncomfortable and quite a few broken ones.

The staff is very friendly wiilling always to help. the pool area is very big, clean.

although the roome has been renovated there are some few de some few details that must be fixed. eg the old doors. also for a family village there are only four very old toysthat are dangerous in their condition.

The bar of all inclusive was fast with good variety of drinks (frappe was included!), the view of the sea was breathtaking, the staff were frendly and kind, the pool was good, night entertainment was nice and location was near to all places worth visiting in Pafos.

The food was average, the air condition needed improvement, my bed was hurtful for the rest it was ok, the room was cleaned everyday but there were ants and bugs coming from outside.

Everything!! Room was lovely, food was delicious with a wonderful variety, service was great and entertainment was fantastic. it was a pleasure to stay!

It was a fabulous property, beautiful location and great facilities. Small suggestion of maybe a few more parasols around the pool areas and mattresses for the sun loungers!

Friendly reception, very good location, nice rooms.

Rooms were very clean but a few minor things to look out fir: there should be at least a bottle of water in the fridge, a garbage bin in the kitchenette and finally, the cleaners should let some fresh air in the rooms after cleaning. Overall a pleasant stay.

the all inclusive food is quite basic and bland, with nothing really exciting. some of the staff can be quite abrupt and unhelpful.

The room smelled of sewage from the bathroom, there was no hygiene package (soap, shampoo, etc), and the mattresses were hard.

During our stay at Akteon Holiday village, we've been really happy about the time spent at the spa mostly, the pools and the animation team. The receptionists were very friendly and very helpful too. We really appreciated the fact that the room service was daily engaged to clean our room. I am not fond of English breakfast but i can say that the breakfast was acceptable.

As per our opinion, we think that the accommodation could have been better. To have electrical power in the room you need the key card inserted in its slot which means that when you are not in your room it's hard to have a fresh water from the fridge when you come from outside which means more expenses at the shop or at the bar. Another thing is about the pools, we've been there 2 weeks but i'm not sure that those were cleaned...perhaps during the night, but I'm not pretty sure. The grass could look better that it does, more taken care of, more cozy from our opinion. In our room we had no folks, spoons or knives just 2 glasses and 2 cups of tea which we found very cheap for the price that we paid.

Our room was dirty when we arrived, they should check this more carefully with new arrivals not a good sign. But it was quickly sorted out by cleaner. The food quality avarage, not much choice for kids. Coffee machine needs to be cleaned more often it was coffee floating everywhere.

The food was amazing, more than we expected. I can say that the view, location and food was the best part of the hotel.

The beds were a little old, but relation price-quality we cannot complain.
