Location

All except location. This hotel is far to 4 star hotel. 2 stars, not more. It was promised to have a pool (when we booked it on the same day), but - what a surprise: unexpected problems. It was quite apparent that they didn`t want to open it due to so few gustes. Coffee terrible.

The triple room was the best one after 14 days in different hotels around the europe.

The pool was little cold

Great breakfast a la carte + buffet, great service in the restaurant. Luxuriously decorated rooms and stylish showers. Nice lady at the reception.

It's a "park hotel" and you need to pay quite a lot for the parking - intensely dislike this, and this is why I would not rate higher than 8.

Hotel is located on a big ground, composing of several connected buildings in a palace like style. The are is well kept. Our rooms were really spacious. Nice breakfast, nice swimming pool, fantastic sauna area.

I thought the laundry service should be included for 2 weeks stay

The hotel is very quiet and that's why I chose it. Staff is polite and breakfast is good. I liked Amazon Prime and Netflix on TV.

This is the second time for us staying at the Parkhotel Brno. It's in a quiet neighborhood in a very interesting building, and the breakfast is excellent.

Unfortunately, on weekends the breakfast begins at 8 a.m. and we were late arriving at our conference.

This is a very beautiful and unique building. The staff were warm and friendly, and my only regret is that I wasn't staying for longer.

Nice and clean, even floors which really surprised me, bcs you can walk barefoot in the room. Position of the hotel is also really good, it is like 2 mins from a bus stop.

Stairs everywhere….. like it looks really good, but there are stairs from main gate to hotel and then also from reception, restaurant and to the room, just really lot of stairs

Park Hotel is a large, old property built on a steep hill with forest above and a large public park below. It has been beautifully remodeled and feels elegant and classy. Everything was perfect in my room, which was very close to the indoor pool and sauna. The breakfast was exceptional, with a proper buffet plus eggs cooked to order (see photo). And the staff were friendly and helpful. The main dining room was being remodeled so only breakfast was being offered.

There were 4 long flights of stairs up to my room, which was okay but I had heavy luggage. And the elegant indoor pool felt quite cold for my taste, perhaps because the air in the room was very warm from the nearby sauna.

Impressive hotel, just next to the ring motorway. Ample and secure parking, good sized room and bath. All clean. The wellness area morning and evening open with a pool and different saunas were exceptionally clean and a big plus.

The breakfast has been disappointing for this kind of hotel in terms of quality and selection.

Very nice old but excellent style hotel. Reception is open 24/7 and very friendly staff. Wifi and breakfast are excellent, locations is very strategic.

Paid parking and restaurant only serves breakfast (no options for lunch/dinner in walking distance).

Nice spacious room

Breakfast is ala carte with very limited choices, if anybody prefer (lile me) wider selection this can be dissapointing. But the quality is very good.

My room is a King room with balcony, and it is very spacious and comfortable (both the bed and the sofa). The room and corridor are all very clean. The location is very close to a bus stop which can later transfer to trams.

The breakfast has very limited options. The sound isolation could be improved. I can hear the voice and mobile phone alarms from the neighbouring room clearly in the evening. The location is a bit far from the city centre, but taking bus and/or tram only takes 20-30mins. There are many stairs one has to climb, not only from the outer entrance to the reception, but also within the hotel.

When arrived we were met by an extremely helpful and friendly receptionist Klara. She went out of her way to help. Spoke excellent english and the service she provided makes her a credit to the hotel. Nothing was too much trouble. We had a room in the new side if the complex. Very comfortable. Fittings and fixtures were first class. Bed was very comfortable. Pool was a little chilly for our liking but that's just our taste. The hotel is situated in the outer area of the city but the transport links are amazing you only have to wait for a tram/bus no more that 5 mins for one of many routes to get into the city. It only takes 10 mins go be in the centre. Breakfast is very good and service of a menu choice of cooked items tops it off. Service again in the restaurant we can not fault. Thankyou for a brilliant stay. Very homely venue. Well done.

This is an absolutely stunning hotel located near the Anthropus museum and park. Our room was spacious (it was 2 rooms actually; the bathroom looked like a spa with marble like tile and stain glass windows, real rain head shower), thoughful inexpensive minibar, great balcony and view. The breakfast is delicious--I had crepes with jam whip cream and my husband and my husband had an omelette. We also used their stunning pool (with gold fish fountain spouts) and sauna. Everything in the hotel was clean and stylish. The staff were very kind and welcoming. Short uber to the old city. I would stay here again. I travel all over North America, Europe and the Middle East for work and this was one of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed at. Extremely good value for the price. Highly recommended.
