Could hear music from my room but didn’t stop me from sleeping

Breakfast was ok , Rooms were nice and up to date, Location was good , near all the amenities, The whole of hotel was well kept, Inside and out , friendly staff,

The hotel is located in a really good area, few minutes from the pier and main attractions. It’s a really nice hotel, with a lot of character, staff was super friendly, breakfast was very good, the room was cleaned. We booked the room with sea view, very spacious room and the Restaurant was very good too. I highly recommend it!

there was not any person available for check in which was really disappointing because I was there more than 5-10 mins appox.

Lovely, friendly, helpful staff. The hotel has a very high standard of cleanliness and has very comfortable rooms. Huge family room with everything you could possibly need. Comfy beds, aircon, large tv, fridge, iron, ironing board, large table and chairs and dressing table. Two large windows with great see views. Blackout curtains enabled a lay in. Huge bathroom which was spotless and had a bath and shower. Pristine white, soft bath sheets. Fantastic breakfasts with lots of choice and excellent quality. Delicious evening meals in the bistro. This hotel made our family break away really special, thanks to all the staff.

lovely hotel, right on the sea front, breakfast was lovely, and the staff were amazing, from the receptionist, the bar staff and the guys at breakfast, all great! i had an issue during the night and it was dealt with in the morning, so thank you for that.

after hours you cant get into the hotel without calling a phone number, not a great idea when your battery had died.

Could see it needed a little bit of decorating done, but it was the winter season, so no doubt will be done ready for the busy period.

Clean and friendly staff

Spacious clean rooms, very helpful staff. Iron and ironing board in room as well as hairdryer. Perfect location and view. We would definitely stay again!

The only thing was that it was too hot in the room even though we tried to reduce the temperature it didn't seem to work.

not a lot for breakfast choice no pastries even though it was stated on the menu order. and no parking at the hotel so spent total of £18 for one night parking in car park
