Ideal location for an event at Hall for Cornwall, exploring Truro and that part of the County. Lovely old building with comfortable rooms and bed. The Hotel provides private parking in City Centre. Nice bar/ restaurant

No lift so need to use several flights of stairs for upper rooms.

The room although small was perfectly suitable for our needs.

The bed, was 2 mattresses zipped together with 2 quilts on top and then the bottom sheet, making it extremely soft and uncomfortable!

Very well maintained , very clean & tidy Lovely resturant / bar .

We were on too floor , heating /air con in the ceiling , no control over temperature unless you phone reception . Lift would have been nice .

Position and access was excellent, right where we wanted to be. Nice apartment, clean and well equipped. Will be back again - perfect for an easy city break.

Honestly struggling for a negative - OK the fridge was incredibly noisy!

Mannings is located perfectly within Truro ,easy parking & very friendly staff especially reception & Restaurant teams.Without question I would recommend Mannings to friends & family & hope to visit again in the future.

Room 25 overlooked the Kitchen extractor fans which we're noisy & as it was warm I had no choice but to open my window.i was offered a alternative room ,however this was extremely warm & not suitable as I the Loft area.Mannings handled my request very well and as promised the fan was switched off from 9pm-6am.

Reception staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast very good and tables kept clean and tidy.

The staff were really friendly. The continental breakfast was lovely and set us up for the day. It was great that there is a cooked menu available to at an extra charge but this was not needed. The location was very central- allows you to visit Truro but the bus station is a stones throw away and you can explore further afield at a low cost. The car park is also a bonus! Fabulous stay- will be back!

Room was stuffy and window did not open. Staff left curtains open so room was hot when we returned to it. Generally the hotel was in need of some modernisation and tlc inside and outside.

Lovely hotel with very welcoming and friendly staff. Room clean and well appointed. Continental breakfast was great!

Improved parking directions would be useful as ended up parking in local car park due to unclear entrance/access.

Really enjoyed the stay no problems at all. Will point out that the rooms on the top floors are up three flights of stairs so possibly would not suit some guests .

A very sufficient continental selection with cooked items extra to order. Good selection of fresh items.

Would have preferred more deli selection and maybe boiled eggs.
