Lovely room.

Really dirty especially in the dining room. Place mats covered in bacteria. Disgusting. We used the function room and the water jugs were covered in finger prints again disgusting.

Most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. Could have spent all day in bed, but had to get back to normal life, however, In the period of time I was in bed I had the best sleep ever. Room was very clean, beautifully set up. Very specious and comfortable.

It would have been nice to have breakfast included in the price

nice quiet room on 3rd floor considering location next to motorway! breakfast was very good facilities are good but didnt have time to use pool etc as it was just for an evening party

milk and water was not in fridge as it should have been to make tea etc yu have to walk up the corridor to get it in your pyjamas!

More time for children in swimming pool

Breakfast was really nice. We were really enjoying the spa to relax as this was our first weekend away without our children. Sadly we didn't cater for other visitors children that were very load in the pool

I am a regular visitor to this hotel as it is near a printers I work with. I have visited over 50 times. Love the hotel and the staff are generally excellent.

On this occasion, presumably because the hotel was busy the cost for a standard room was £200! I was charged extra for the spa too an additional £25, never have had to pay for this before, I asked for late check out which was very expensive and only gave me until 1pm - hardly late! Given I am very a regular visitor I was not left feeling valued in anyway by one member of the reception team, who I had not seen before. Perhaps she needs to be given some training to the level of the normal reception staff.

The staff were amazing. From arrival to departure we couldn’t have been better looked after. We opted for a couples massage which was fantastic too.

Seasoning on a steak sent via room service when none had been requested…. but if this was the only negative… it really wasn’t much of an issue!

it’s just nice warm friendly atmosphere staff are great there is a pool too

The staff were friendly and efficient, the room was comfortable and clean, food was plentiful and very good. Recommended.
