Location was alright. Staff tried to be helpful where possible.

To start with, the instructions to enter your apartment are so poorly written. DO NOT arrive late when no one is there, or you’ll have a really hard time getting in. The entry gate was jammed and we couldn’t get in - the code given wouldn’t work. There was an alternative entry which we figured out on our own in the dead of night which was a tiny little alley way with no signage around the back. All other instructions were also poorly written and hard to follow. Our mobile phone was robbed while on this premises talking to the staff member and there are no security cameras. The facilities are quite dated and not the best - the furniture seemed damp and the humidity inside the apartments was not great. The lighting was dark and gave it a grim feeling. I would not book this accomodation again.

We loved our stay. Everything was clean, functional, comfortable and to our standard. We felt at home. Our only regret is that we didn't stay longer. Next time we will :)

Close to road so some traffic noise but not really an issue.

Accommodation was really beautiful and clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Location amazing!
