Perfect! Nothing to question! I Recommend

I like the setting of the village. Cute small bungalows, big pool, no other resorts around.

There is no wifi in the room. Room was extremly smelly, dump and cold. There was an AC we could use to heat up the space, but it wasnt very comfortable. The smell was unbearable.

The village was very beautiful, it was very close to lagoa beach. it has nice outdoor pool

we stayed there in March, so it was very cold inside of Villa at night, some AC’s were not working and we had to change to another villa in village next day. The villa also does not have hairdryer and sofa bed was very noisy and uncomfortable.

Spacious appartment. Hot water and shower. Located in a beautifully park area.

Far away from the center of town.

for the price in off-season it was amazing! 30 min Walk to the seven hanging walleys hike by foot.

The apartment was very spacious

The apartment and all facilities were very old and very tired. Beds uncomfortable, very little utensils in the kitchen. The shared facilities poolside were very old not pleasant to use. This place could be great but it’s clear it’s not had a refurbishment for years. Breakfast was the same each day and very limited, not much for vegetarians and nothing for vegans.

Being kept waiting at reception for 15 mins whilst the receptionist was outside smoking and on his mobile phone even though I told him twice I needed to get to a meeting. No heating the first night. Apartment was freezing. Took three visits from maintenance the following day to get it working.. Dirt from the unit left all over the floor Wifi not available in reception. Told by receptionist to go outside to use it as receptor was on the roof. It was pouring with rain and very cold. Asked why indoor pool was closed - told it was because of covid - not true. Asked about luggage storage - told none available even though it is listed as available. Pedro - receptionist not at all helpful and extremely rude. Had to ask 4 times for the complaints book

There is no cleaning products in kitchen

We didn't get correct information about place and time where we could make our Covid test before a flight, but time with testing, are we know, are limited.

Staff were excellent but the furniture in the apartment was old. The bed was not the most comfortable. The rest of the facilities such as the pool and dining room were good.

Staff very nice and accommodating, beautiful place, pics in adds represent the place perfectly. Peaceful, birds singing in the morning. Great place for families. Super clean. We loved it!
