The staff is awesome!

we got the room at 18:00 my baby need to sleep in pool until we got the room. Has problems with TV in all hotels. Probably my next vacation not to be there.

We ordered a room with a sea view but did not get one. The manager called me personally to ask if we're satisfied with the room, I told him that this is the only thing we were not satisfied with. He promised to take care and call back, but the call never received. On Saturday, the poolside was very crowded and people played their own music from their private loudspeakers. Such incidents should be prevented by the management because they interfere the atmosphere of the place.

From the moment we checked in, we felt welcomed- any question was answered easily and appropriately. The room was exceptional, well appointed and a large.suite with a balcony overlooking the pool and Red Sea.

The room was massive with a nice little terrace and its own jaccuzzi on the terrace. Three TVs. Big bathrooms and fantastic water pressure and temperatures in the shower. Breakfast was crazy, everything from cereal, to salad and even Pizza and Pasta. The reception staff and the hotel manager were great, most of the staff tried even though they did not all speak English they really tried.

When we arrived and pulled up we were not greated and no one asked to help with our luggage. We stopped outside the front doors and wallked in to reception and started checking in, all of a sudden this guy runs in and starts yelling at us telling us we can't park there. I said we were checking in, he said it didn't matter, we had to move the car. Unbelivable. The room is massive but the finish is dreadfull (see pictures). One widow was broken, so what do you do, don't fix it, just skrew it shut. If you like a quite day in the room do not get a room with Pool view as the hotel turns on music (loudly) by the pool from 9am until 6pm. Eventhough the breakfast is extensive so is the amount of people. The pool bar was not open when we were there eventhough we were told it was. The hotel charges extra for the so called "gym" (even if it was free I would not use it). The so called "spa" is not worth the price either. We received bathrobs on arrival, housekeeping took them on the second day and did not replace them. There was no vaccuming involved in cleaning the room during our stay. Also, the terrace was not cleaned, there were cigaret butts and even a used cotton bud. One of the TV remotes had no batteries in it. These small things that take no time to ensure they are good but leave a great impression.

the pool is not heated, nobody is swimming. why can’t you heat it up for the winter period?

Hotel does not have a beach, there are steps from the pool area directly into the sea. The last steps are very flimsy and slippery because some broken and covered with seaweed. It should be renovated and last left handrail broken at the end. It is very difficult to go into the sea by the steps because the area itself very narrow and many people hanging out seating and standing on the steps keeping their feet in water and holding the handrails. It would be much better if it all the area going into the water rebuild wider. I think. Thank you.
