Shabby throughout, never saw such dirty windows in a lobby, garage absolutely horror and full of brown leaves of last autumn, not even a coke or a beer available…….Must be a very, very poor management 😠

The hotel is simply outdated.

Comfortable room and bed. Tea coffee available. Meal very good. Breakfast excellent.

everything dirty had a bad smell in the room bath had no plug but was to dirty to use anyway was told none of the air con worked, we asked to change rooms was told they are all the same, it seemed because we booked through you they didn’t like it

In the breakfast room, people should notbe allowed to sit and eat breakfast in night clothes and dressing gown. This is very rude men sitting in dressing with legs open so you can see there under wear.

Firstly our arrival was excellent, well staffed reception and our receptionist responded in English with an English accent, very impressive, she was excellent. Good underground parking, room with balcony and excellent aircon. Location was very good, opposite a leisure lake and park. We ate in the hotel restaurant which was excellent. The Hotel is dog friendly and ours was very settled.

The cupboard doors in the kitchen were locked so could not get a glass or cutlery to use.

Very friendly and helpful staff, located on a beautyful lake, bike-parking in the garage, food in the restaurant was O.K., breakfast was very good.

It was not possible got get the room a bit earlier than the official check-in time, long black hairs in my bathroom and on my bed, dirty carpets on the aisles

Dated decor, hallways bleak and in need of decorating. Walls scuffed and dirty. No pool - aquatic centre in the pictures is separate and expensive to use. Pictures are misleading. No information in English. Staff of aquatic centre rude.
