Great meal at the restaurant, however it was let down by poor service. (For instance our friends waited half an hour for a beer, despite re-ordering twice) Very expensive breakfast, that you served yourself.

The location is unbeatable with the proximity to the lake, the views and also the lovely village outside the main town center. The private access to the beach is also incredible. The room was always kept very clean and tidy and had fantastic views of the lake. The bed was super comfortable.

This is a remarkable hotel in an incredible location. There are a few things that need addressing that would make it perfect. The first is the fact that they allow people to sit on the terrace drinking until 11.30pm, right outside everyone's room windows. There was a wedding when we were there over the weekend which is understandable but then it continued to happen every evening afterwards. It wouldn't take much to get people to move inside at 10pm into the bar and let others enjoy a peaceful sleep. Despite complaints this wasn't addressed effectively and is the only thing that puts me off returning which is sad as it's easily remediable. The other things are more minor. The service in the restaurant is pretty slow and a bit hectic. Could definitely be polished. We also found that the water glasses in our room were not properly cleaned on one occasion. Paddle boards could be free/included and 11 euros for room service seems pretty excessive. Other than these things, we really loved our stay.

There was jus a sauna room that the property had in the name of hammam bath. No vegetarian food available at the restaurant .

My experience was fantastic, we celebrated our anniversary and the hotel helped me in the preparation. Thanks again definitely I will repeat it.

check in at 16.00. and room still not ready. 40 minute wait after long tiring drive. forth floor end of corridor small room for €285 tired and chipped furniture. didn't bother with so call gourmet meal or €29 a head breakfast. long expensive celebratory tour. some places £700 a night and still good value. Hotels have one chance to set tone. they did and it was appalling.

The effect of a "Palace" is wow The Staff is more than professional, thanks to all of them for their kindness and service, assistance The refurbishment has been very well done since my last visit here The breakfast is excellent, the dining room where it is served is absolutely wonderful, the view is large enough from lake d'Annecy to Menthon St Bernard Castle like a Master's beautiful paint The decoration in the entire place is perfect, smart and elegant

Just to say something...? The parking was full when we arrived and had to find a place within 5-6 min but honestly that was the only thing!!

Hotel looked amazing

It said dog freindly but the dog was only allowed in our room. Not in the restaurant not by the pool so we were unable to use any facilties on offer.
