Good location, we had a view to the river and could see the main cathedral. Nice staff, underground parking available. Note when you are given the code for the parking, enter it straight away although the gate is much further. Else you need to run back up.

Furniture was somewhat old.

Very lovely staff, they would go the extra mile to help, I lost one of my airpod after checking out and the lovely Anne and other staffs went all out to find it for me. The hotel is right in the centre which is very convenient.

Nadia on reception the evening we arrived was absolutely brilliant. really friendly and helpful and great energy. gave excellent advice. the room was large and comfortable and clean

the times for breakfast and the restaurant. lack of choice and make daytime staff very snooty and dismissive. booking.com also advertises this property at 4km from Nantes airport but it is a lot more than that by car and means an expensive taxi ride- when your flight is cancelled and you’re looking for somewhere close by this is not the answer! No decent food close by or shops. scruffy area that doesn’t feel too safe.

I didn't find the bed as comfortable as other Novotel hotels but my wife did. So maybe it was me or one of those nights. Also we were offered slippers and a dressing gown in another Novotel hotel in Bordeaux but not this one. Nothing major but offering slippers is a nice touch

Very clean hotel and the staff were really friendly staff. The buffet breakfast has a vast choice of food.

free public transport from outside the hotel and just far enough out of town so not too noisy at night. clean and decent bathroom

we got what we paid for - we didn’t have breakfast as it was £17 euro for adults so quite a lot compared with restaurants

Nothing for the price that was charged

Good sized family room for 4 people with very comfortable beds. There is parking on site, and the hotel is located well to walk into the City and the museum of machines. No complaints, and good value for money.

Good location at Ile-de-Nantes, close to the city center.

All facilities (both inside the room and in public spaces) are worn out and could use renovation. Weird lighting in the room. Overall not very pleasant to stay in, not up to Novotel's standard compared to other cities.

Friendly staff, good location, parking available.

Breakfast. 3 of us have gluten allergies and I informed the hotel in advance. On the morning there was no glutenfree bread available - very disappointing given the price paid for breakfast, and they had reassured us that it wouldn't be a problem. Unable to refund the costs as we'd not booked directly with the hotel and had gone via Booking.
