The accommodation is a bit dated

Réception is open a few hours a day only and sometime not open at all full day but some activity like fitness,games, racket rental depend on the reception openings. Swimming pool closes very early at 7. Only one pizza truck twice a week. To summarize the residence is quite ok but the services are really poor.

Great location in morgat a few mins walk to village. Small houses suitable for families. Supermarket a few hundred metres away. Morgat itself was beautiful with lovely beach. Easy check in and check out

Games room was closed when we were there in June . Kids were very disappointed as this was why we went there but it sounded like it was being upgraded. But pool was great and very clean. Some local maps with cycle routes etc in area would be great. Overall a good spot for families or couples wanting to explore crozon area

good location, near by market, beaches and tourist spot.

fabulous location, far enough from the town to enjoy the peace and close enough to enjoy the cycling to the town.

Great location in the Crozon/Morgat area.

Very small and badly equipped bungalow, small and very uncomfortable beds, no shower fixtures, poor service at park, only paid WiFi (did not work inside) and all of that for the nightly price of an average 4 star hotel.

Ideal for a couple, close to Morgat and all its facilities.

To avoid too much contact between staff and customers there is no longer a face to face check in/out and I have the feeling the staff no longer check that everything is provided between the departure and arrival of guests. We had a few items missing / broken which should have been noticed before our arrival. We had to ask for them at the reception.
