Good value for money. Access to ski boot room was great. Clean and really helpful staff when needed.

Took a few calls to be able to access the hotel at 2am, which was tiring. Kitchen tap exploded and burnt one of our friends faces, thankfully fixed the next morning when staff were back in.

Great location. Good access to the slopes. Friendly staff. Convenient for ski hire shop and bakery. Excellent pizza take away next door. Overall good value for the cost.

Listed telephone number not answered on late arrival. Sending information about key lock box and code in advance would have been appreciated and would have avoided the need to phone up. Apartment a little tired looking but honestly for the money it was good value and well equipped.

it was close to the slopes, offered ski lockers. Though we had a major issue with no hot water for over 24hrs the reception staff were helpful and when I emailed the company to request a repair when the last repair didn’t work, they did send someone the next morning which we appreciated

The apartment wasn’t very clean to be honest considering there was a cleaning fee/fine if left untidy by guests. the hallways were not cleaned during our week there. And just before we arrived we received an email to say due to covid we would not have to rent towels etc which really was not a good enough reason to suddenly charge for basics which should have been automatically included. We met other guests who felt the same about this.

Staff was willing to place us in a room with a view. Quiet time after 10 pm and proximity to the slopes. Room was comfortable but wifi, towels, cleaning supplies, toilet paper (after the 1st roll) were additional.

Lack of flexibility about checkout time and inability to add meal plan if booked a room through booking.com. Small ski locker.

Good location and great value for money, you get what you pay for.

The beds were uncomfortable, but we anticipated this and took a mattress topper, they provided rough blankets that weren’t nice but again we took our own as we were driving.
